100 Baby Challenge E9: Bye to the Twins

We are jumping back into one of the most exciting and chaotic challenges in The Sims 4 - the 100 Baby Challenge! We are very loosely following the official rules of the 100 Baby Challenge, adding our own twists and turns to keep things fresh and exciting!
My rules:
-Long Lifespan
-Babies can be aged up when we get the birthday notification.
-Infants can be aged up when they reach 2 milestones in all categories.
-Toddlers can be aged up when they reach level three in all of their toddler skills.
-Children and teens can be aged up after they get an A in school.
