1:53 This panel is so good man. Look at the way motion of the sword coming through all the trolls causes all of the pieces to spiral through the air spraying blood in a circular pattern. Miura was a master of impact, motion, and speed.

To me, berserk is quite possibly the only story that I constantly said stuff when something awesome or beautiful happens. Like when guts was playing with the moon light boy, I said out loud “that is the sweetest thing I’ve ever seen” and smile at the same time. There were a lot of moments like that. I reread the last 20 to 30 chapters of the Convention arc the 3rd time and somehow I still feel the hype even when I just look at the artwork. This manga really did impacted me and made me a better person. Kentaro showed me that I can overcome any obstacles that life will throw at me. If there’s anything about berserk that I actually hate, it’s that berserk ruined a lot of other series for me. Every time I watch a movie, show, game, etc that I haven’t seen and finish it, I’m like in my mind “yeah, it’s pretty good but berserk did this idea superiority”. In fact, I love berserk so much that I’m very tempted to buy a Prime one statue. Even in some of my other favorite anime and manga series, I don’t really feel like buying expensive merch. So to hear my favorite Artist be taken out of this world and unfairly, hits really freaking hard. It hit me harder than that one time I got run over by train… lol. Rest In Peace Kentaro Miura.

I finished reading berserk last week and it took me 3 months to finish. Berserk has beautiful artwork, and a brilliant, deep and a emotional story Kentaro miura was a fantastic artist and a genius, I think we are not gonna get a artist like kentaro mirua or a story as brilliant as berserk for a long time. Should be honest, its not as they say that every single panel is a masterpiece, sometimes when re-reading berserk i find something i don't really like, but its me, the worst miura is always better than 99% of the entire mangas. Still i can't find a better drawn manga, even if there was, his style is unrivaled, NO ONE can copy his style, expecially how he sets the scenes, in 1 page he does what a normal artist do in at least three. I haven't read the post-miura chapters because i have always read berserk on paper,i hope they do at least decent, i want to know how it ends so bad.
