Even with the limitations DQB1 had, these players still managed to make awesome creations. I'd like to think DQB2 happened because of these people, as well as many others who wholeheartedly enjoyed DQB1 despite it's limitations (looking at you, Ben! ;) ).

I have played through DQB2 3 times now, and I dont recall seeing the mushroom build AT ALL, even though Ive found all of the Builderdoms Best twice. Also, I havent yet built a Buildertopia 'paradise'. After seeing how you placed some of these builds, Im inspired to create a Laguna Perfuma of small islands.

I played dqb 2 more than 50 hours now. But I never played the original. I didn't know if I should play it because of the limitations. But this video gave me a lot of inspiration and joy. So MAYBE I can join the dragon quest builders 1 community and be a Builder!

The storyline is quite good. But DQB2 is far more advanced in game mechanics and building but you should still give it a shot.

I have to agree. What DQB1 lacked in in game mechanics, it more than made up for with it's story. Much as i loved DQB2, i have to say it kinda suffered in the story. More specifically the boss battles. They just didn't feel like bosses. Know what i mean?

I think the restrictions in DQB1 led to some INCREDIBLE creativity and problem-solving. My favourite personal build is still from DQB1. I havent come close to it in DQB2, probably because there is so much room and materials that it becomes overwhelming.

Any ideas about putting dragon quest builders block appearance on minecraft? There is some differences in the blocks available, but at least the the blocks that are in common since minecraft blocks are very pixelly.

Hi Ben, just a quick question regards the cocktail required for the silver bar. How do u make it without drinking it ? I have tried putting it on the table so as to add the seed or flower but she keeps drinking it. Think she has a drinking problem lol. I'm stuck. Playing on PS4 Pro. Any suggestion as to what I'm doing wrong?

There are two different items :) the cocktaul is only a food item which can't be placed (unless displayed in a display stand or frame), but you can build a cocktail item which looks like a halved pineapple at the workbench.

Dqb2 is my favourite game all the time but my post game is too lag on my nitendo switch. 😢

Yeah unfortunately the Switch version is not a well optimized port :\ I can only recommend the PS4 or PC version.
