I think I've made a life changing choice. Lately Mk xl has not been fun at all..I've started to learn of "safe combos", one can easily win by using armor wakeups, D1s are safe on some characters making me impatient and annoyed by NR to allow 6 and 7 frame footsies. Some things are better from a far. It's been a good one but I'm tired of it and at this point Id rather watch. Thank you Super for posting 😪

hey super do you have any idea on how to increase the fps of mk9 on pc. i tried some ways like changing the dedicated memory to 1024 or 2049 and the option from false to true and its shadow texture to 1024. also i tried changing the configuration with another so called 60 fps in the configuration but to no avail Also i tried improving clear some stuff off the laptop by clearing the local disk and improving the laptop performance to the best performance and some other stuff but to no avail so i seek advice. make my pc mk9 run faster, because compared to the actually thing my game is acting like sh..t

It's one of those games that is designed to only run at 60fps. If you were to be able to run it at a higher frame rate, it would just go faster, like fast forwarded looking gameplay. Probably has something to do with the way fighting games depend on a structured frame system, and some not everyone can run higher frames and they had to lock it somewhere, they went with 60.
