1986 Yfm80 Final Video Still needs front tires.I hope this encourages some people to go out and buy a project and fix it!These older quad are very easy to rebuild and are a lot of fun to ride!My grand total on this build is about 250 dollars. Thanks For Watching!

Like the bike man I have one just like it it's an 86 also complete runs great just need to find a cdi box it has a loose connection so it shuts off once in a while

I had the same problem on my quad. I thought I needed a whole new vid but if u put it in the oven it will evaporate all the unwanted water and then it will work! Hope this helps. I might be 4 years late tho..:)

Hey that might be a 87 on the left side frame there's letters if the tenth letter is H it's an 87

Also question do you have to press the left brake every time to shift or just to shift into first

no u dont its semi automatic witch means there is no clutch but you have to the shift the shift patern is N.1.2.3.4

The truck guy bout 30 cus I have a badger and I clocked it at 29 but is only a 3 speed unlike that cus it’s a 4

Redneck boy ya the 4 speed is the same as the 3 it has shorter gears making it the same top speed so it will do 25-30 mph same as the 3 speed

about 40 the moto 4s are 4 speeds the newer ones are 3 speeds which only go about 30
