Great Video. I have used this method to replace my iphone 12 Pro Max battery that was at 73% and so was showing the service message 'your battery health is significantly degraded'. I replaced the battery and set the health to 100% and cycle count to zero. Even though the health is showing as 100%, the service message is still there? Do you know why this may be? and how do I remove it? Thanks

As we know from 14.6 os starts judging battery health it self. What if we only replace battery cell. After full flash or few days battery health will go up again. Have you tested this one?

I have also heard from customers that their battery health starts going up in few days when they charge with slow chargers like 1 amp charger. I guess if we replace battery cell and flash it will also work or in 3 4 cycles os will determine that battery health is greater than what it is showing so in this way it may go up

It will happen anyway, cause the change of cell don't modify anything in the process, it is just for the service that you have to do, otherwise you'll do something senseless; modify data without changing the actual battery. The idea is that the percentage reflects the state of a new cell. Regards.

hi. @Elekworld. i would ask something regarding Iphone XS battery waring message actually do same way process remove the genuine battery board connector and then i do transfer to aftermarket battery when i'm done. i check first the battery if the battery health is show, it's show battery health but the battery health is not 100% but that one is new battery when i use JCID program to modified battery health data and then i install the new battery suddenly battery health not show anymore. please advise me what i need to do maybe i do wrong way to modified battery health using JCID program. thanks in advance responding to my message is highly appreciated.

Hi Fejz, two suggestions for you, hope it helps: 1- new battery cell with genuine battery board doesn't show 100% is normal, because it's old genuine battery board, so the data is from old battery. 2- If you can't revise the battery data successfully, probably bcuz you didn't install a 3rd party battery before you revise the battery. Hi Lucas, not quite sure what you exactly means. But definitely iPhone 11/11 Pro battery flex can't be used on iPhone SE 2020, because not only the battery FPC connectors not same, but also inside data are different.

Because Qianli or JC only developped flex/programmer for iPhone 11, 12 lineup.

I did the same process to erase the cicle and the efficiency make a backup from the original battery and copying to the aftermarket one and the iphone does not show me any message. Look at end of videos. You must install a non-original battery before, so that the battery service will appear. After that you can remove the non-original battery again and install the battery that you have modified.
