This is the worst pc with intel iris xe integrated graphics, so we had to do a lot of fortnite pc optimizations like registry editor tweaks and process lasso to boost fps in fortnite. For those who don't wanna use an app like process lasso, you can basically just get the game priority to high with some registry tweaks. If you guys want to know how tell me and I'll see if i can make a reply comment as to how to do it or if i can, post a video on it. Edit: I only know how to increase the priority of the game with registry tweaks, if you need to tweak other stuff like cpu affinity to the game, you'll still need process lasso or atleast I don't know how to do it with registry tweaks

Lower resolution only helps if you have gpu bound

My gpu is 60% all the time in 1366*768 If i put the resolution to 1920*1080 will i get so much lower fps????

@@alaaskills8363 If your cpu uses the same amount of percantage as your gpu it will make no difference, cause for me my cpu and gpu are using the same amount of percantage so it will make no difference, but if ur gpu is using much more performance like 90-100% lowering your resolution is helpful

I have the same specs and my gpu is always 60% usage in 1366*768 If i got a 1920*1080 monitor how much will the performance drop? Cause its usage is always in 60%

I have AtlasOS, you should talk about it to your viewers it brings me from 10 - 15 fps not being able to run the game to 30 - 40, talk about the bonuses and disadvanategs

Keep This In Mind : if you can run more than 60fps just dont do this it will not be worth it , essentially what these optimizations do , is sqeeze any little drop of perfomance ur laptop can get . Therefore ur laptop will probably have -4x the liftime.

I don't know about the registry edits, other than that the only thing that could affect the life of the laptop is the power plan change, when it comes to that, just set it to balanced and only turn on ultimate power plan when you open fortnite and you're good

i almost have the same laptop with the same igpu but my cpu is an i71165g7 with 16gigs od ddr5 it peaks me around 260 with optimizations (in game 100-115 it is enough to satisfy me )

bro my gaming laptop is pretty decent it has a rysen 7 7000 something with a 8 gb 4060 n 16 gigs ram but i m never able to get like 200+ fps in battle royal like other yt with simmilar or less good laptops and also i used to get around 150 smooth frames on br few months ago and now i thought bout playing fortnite again after a long time and im getting insane frame drops and stutters the second i see a player i go 20 fps or something and while jumping from bus i got 3 fps which was never a thing before for me what do i do

I'll do it for you, game boosters nicely don't to much to improve performance but if you really want the performance boost that it provides just use smart game booster, used to use it on my old potato laptop which is worse than the laptop he used in the video, (it can barely get stable 60 fps on GTA San Andreas) and I managed to play fortnite chapter 1 and even get a win with smart game booster (the game ran on 360p with stutters)

I'm sorry, 3060 laptop, I got a r5 3500u 8 gb laptop and I get 150 fps in creative but 60 in pubs after I optimized my own.

Bro i have the same specs, but my laptop have a lof of thermal throttling, i play at same 120-150 creative, but in the first hour in pubs im going to 60 fps stables, and but then the performance drops to 49-56 unstables, and it annoys me a lot when you're in a build fight in pubs because drop 30 fps.

5:18 ISLC is useless on windows 11, because windows 11 manage the process way betetr tha nwindows 10 and even trimm the ram by itself. ISLC is only good on windows 10.
