Only 120 boxes (1920kg) of GAP-certified apples grown in the orchard by young people in their 20s and 30s are produced to produce 15,000 packs. It is 100% juiced apple juice without adding a drop of water and without additives. The plant also supplies 135 schools.

Strange way to make juice. What do you do with the rest of the juice in the apple pulp? Because where I live we use a press to squeeze the juice out. What's left is a mostly dry mash.
