@Mojojoey4 жыл бұрын
@@topflight9182 You're not wrong that freeplay is the best to improve mechanics, but learning how to read other players consistently is also important, 1s is the great because you can focus on one player, watch how they play, and learn to counter their play style. I'd say this is a great idea, Thanovic is good enough with mechanics that freeplay won't get him very far compared to playing and learning how to read his opponents quickly. On another note, 1s also give you a great idea of how you stand by yourself, you don't have a teammate to back you up when you make mistakes, so you get to see your biggest flaws and what you need to improve on. Every game mode gives you different possibilities to learn and improve, so I wouldn't be so tunnel visioned to rely solely on one training method.

Loved this video, you earned my sub! However, I have another video idea regarding shooting that I think would be helpful to lower ranked players. I'm at high plat, and I noticed a lot of people in my rank, me included, really only have a few types of shot in their arsenal. Most of the time it is just a forward dodge into the ball. Yet, when I see champ and GC gameplay I see people doing all these weird side and diagonal dodge shots among other different types of shots and I haven't seen too many good tutorials on how and when to use these. The problem with me is I can get great power on my shots, but I can only really do the basic forwards dodge into the ball and its obvious to me that this isn't always the best thing to do as from certain angles they don't really hit the ball accurately towards the net.

Someone just made fun of me yesterday on your air dribble video for not being able to do it in C3, while he can do it in gold. I ended up getting GC last season, and still can't air dribble. I hope people realize that this is the most important video of the 100 hours series so far, because this is the easiest and most effective way to improve and actually rank up. So many gold/plat players think they deserve to be higher rank because they have fancy mechanics, but in the end their shooting accuracy and fundamentals are really lacking, and they don't seem to realize it. Talking about fundamentals, I'd really like to see another video about them. Something like 100 hours of defending would be great, as I find that this is what most people in my games have issues with. I'm not sure how you could practice this properly for 100 hours though, since most training packs just become too easy once you know where the ball is gonna be, and they lack the randomness of real games, but I'm sure you could figure it out!

at 5:25 that guy was saying how "luck was on your side". I may not know much as a lowly plat, but I noticed that something that made me improve instantly was to realize that RL very rarely has any sort of luck to it (maybe rumble to a certain extent tho). As many GCs and pros probably know, even 50/50s aren't really 50/50s. There is strategy to them. Having the mindset that whenever I get scored is a direct result of something I did wrong or something I should've done better has helped me stop tilting at teammates so much and try to work on positioning more.

For anyone seeing this here’s a tip, switch your binds to were u can hold in a botton to spin around like you on a pole, and have it so when u don’t hold down u move like normal, it made me ten times better

This will be super helpful for me as I miss a lot of my shots and always feel as if I shouldn’t be plat 3

Thank you so much. I am around the same rank as you were and I have the sam problems. Together with my ground control this will be the things I want to improve first. So again, thank you

This series is so effective as a learning tool. Thanks for putting in all the hard work brother. Would love to see a mind game/demo/bump video, or maybe even just some ground dribbling. Although if you're leaning towards a round of various pinch shots of be fine with that... Especially if you main the Fennec. Either way, I'm sure it'll be fantastic. #thanKovic

Great video and series Thanovic. I know you already did air dribbles, but maybe ground to air dribbles at some point? Or 100 hours of drifting? I’m low ranked and need to improve my ground game (and everything else), so whatever you do will be appreciated. ;)

100 hrs of powerslides. That's a super underrated mechanic. Pretty sure you did a video with a pro who said he's still focusing a ton of attention on powerslides.

Hahahahha don’t worry everyone gets us mixed up, easiest way to remember is one of us is a world class freestyler and the other one hits the ball sometimes

I feel 100 hours of passing would be very appreciated. It would even be cool if you did it with a friend

Loving the work ! I went from silver 2 to gold 3 in doubles and solos in 4 months ! (I've only been playing for 4 months btw). Also do a 100 hour dribbling or passing challenge.

this is why kaydop is the best player flip resets and ceiling shots are not as important as getting powerful accurate shots
