The dealer has a magnifying glass and inverter so missing a shot is a guaranteed loss. If you set your mind to shooting at one point in time regarding the rest of the clip you'd have a 25% chance of hitting. having 3 health you'd allow you to survive the 75%. In short its worth taking the 60% chance of death over the 75% chance of death here.

You need to be more careful when using items because you have to make sure you'll have something useful for the next first round. You just need to work on your strategy better, that's all. yea...it really wasn't that hard, in fact, I got the 1000k achievement just to spite some furry on the Steam forums complaining about the game...they then continued being a fool and I told them I wouldn't be wasting anymore time on them lol. This game is more strategy than luck, but luck is a big part of it /at times/ What I'll say is don't play this game if you're tired. You need focus.

Honestly I found Full house the much more difficult achievement. For the 1 mil cheevos there's at least a measure of strategy involved. Full house on the other hand is 100% RNG as you need to entirely fill your inventory with 8 unique items one of which being adrenaline and have the one unique item you don't have be owned by the dealer so you can steal it from him
