Just alerted my friends that buffet will be visited during our next trip to Miami 😄. I usually go for Cuban or Caribbean cuisine while there, but it's great to see a restaurant doing Japanese cuisine well in the city.

So I took my wife here for our 1 year anniversary over the weekend gotta be brutally honest. We paid 457 bucks for everything you got. The mushroom hotpot was great. The miso cod was really good. The dumplings seemed off and they we’re missing a few things on the buffet line. What impressed me the most was the service and eggplant sushi lol. Wouldn’t eat here again for those prices. On the way back home we stopped at a hot pot in bayton beach called K and L 98 paid 60 bucks for all you can eat was way way more satisfying. Also the music at Zuma was so bad and was wicked hot outside. Edit: I found out the music genre it’s called deep house. It is so bad it doesn’t fit the atmosphere of that place to me at all.

Hi Mikey , not criticing but you eat the sushi all wrong. Start by refreshing your tongue with the ginger. Mix a little wasabi with soy sauce. Then slightly touch the sushi with the soy/wasabi misture and then eat. Also the salmon eggs should he eaten differently as well. At this stage on your food journey I kind of feel as if you always do this to Japanese cuisine in particular.... Maybe time to kind of break oast saying 'i hop I am doing it right' and actually just do it right
