*100 Mile Prep: Week 2 of 20 | Chasing a Sub 24-Hour Finish*
Week 2 is here, and it's been a productive one! Although I didn't hit 100% of my planned workouts, I'm proud of what I've accomplished. This week, I'm focusing on keeping my hamstring rolled out and loose as the mileage increases.
