Great video! I'm running the NYC marathon this weekend and have been watching your videos during my training. Its been helpful to hear new information. Its also been helpful to hear how your journey is going because I've had many moments where I'm nodding my head and thinking "I feel the same way Lyss!" lol Good luck on your race.

I preach the Running Plateaus with my run collaborators. I would rather see them have 3-4 weeks at 50 miles versus one 60-65 mile week.

I don't feel hungry when running and hive lost a lot of weight and am now incase because I think I am over training. My leg muscle feel like knives are sticking in them.
