┃ Ingredients ┃
50g Oatmeal powder
3g Psyllium husk
15g skim milk
3g baking powder
1g salt
70g water
┃ How to make ┃
1, In a bowl, mix 50g oat flour, 3g psyllium, 15g skim milk, 3g baking powder, and 1g salt.
2, Add 70g water and knead well.
3, Let the dough rest for 5 minutes.
4, Divide the dough into two and form into a round shape.
5, Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes. When it is cooled down, it is done.
