Just bought a piece of land here in Belgium where I live. After about 25 years of factory work am finally able to live my dream. I will do all organic and will also make a natural swimming pool with waterfall. Nobody will tell me what are my limitations. I will only follow my inner heart from now on.

I want to say this.. No disrespect to my Other brothers. At one time in history, was there really any other black man as strong. The island men, especially Jamaican was one of the fiercest black men on the planet. They have forgotten, their way also.( not all, but too many)My husband is a country man. And he's very strong. I never knew how much strong, until I went to Jamaica and saw with my own eyes. How my Brothers there has fallen. So now I say, most of our strong has fallen. Our women, are not far behind. I will say, those that remains are still strong. What or who has bewitched them, to forget. If they remember their past to live the present, to protect their future. .. Oh, how the mighty, mighty. Black man has fallen. It makes me cry. Maybe. Just maybe the young will not imitate the old. I hope not. To many black sisters wait for you to remember.. Way, to many. Peace

Last time I was in Jamaica I asked lots of questions because the elders are dying off so I appreciate you sharing so the history can be preserved. I’m also talking to my 74 year old mother about the land we have there. Going to help plant it out every time I’m home. THANKS again for sharing, and taking me down memory lane! ☺️ 🇯🇲

Way to go Mr. Farmer - Mr. JahB. Great farm. Totally enjoyed the tour of your farm. Wish more of us would plant 2 beans and learn to feed our selves. The land is very kind. The food grows naturally. No bloating from foreign foods (some of which are grown in sponge and unknown gross fertilizers). In a crisis, anyone will help those who are in need, but there is nothing like self-help. No matter where you are in Jamaica, you can plant something. Put some soil in a box, a pan, in one corner of your yard and you would be surprise and proud to see what you can plant and watch it grow. Rethink - calloo, tomato, beans pepper etc. O the joys of gardening. Praise God for his provisions and goodness!

Big up, I enjoyed the tour! The Caribbean Islands are truly rich in human and natural resources-gardens of Eden. Imagine, we left our homesteads in Monserrat, Antiqua, and St. Croix for the rat race, concrete jungles. I hope to return to stay, one day. Meanwhile, I am growing organic vegetables, herbs, and greens in containers on my apartment balcony. I did not see any lizards, snakes, mongoose, or frogs.

I am really impressed with his gardening skills. The plant he calls wild ginger is diabetic medicine. A diabetic can chew on the leaf to lower blood sugar. Or, it can be used as a tea

what a great farm , this brother has knowledge and he will pass it on , we must keep this way of living alive ! supermarkets are food prisons , you must pay bail money to free them , "it's so wrong " If everybody just planted 1 seed from the fruit they ate then food would become free once again .
