I 100% agree with Alaska being number one. We went on a cruise to Alaska. We always say that we want to come back and stay in certain places we “flash visit” on cruises. Every person in America should see Alaska. I think it should be a requirement and it should be paid for. It’s such a beautiful place. Our Country has such beautiful diversity that the hubs and I have stopped cruising the Caribbean and now have an RV. We have 19 States until we hit 49 then we’ll take a Hawaiian cruise for the 50th State celebration. I encourage everyone to see this beautiful country. Thanks Briggs!

Amazing list of America's beauty. I am surprised that the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina was not on the list. The history and architecture of this amazing home is very interesting to say the least. It is absolutely beautiful and is one of the main tourist attractions in the area to thousands of people. It remains one of the most prominent examples of Gilded Age mansions. Best times to visit are in the spring, fall or at Christmas!!

There are just so many spectacularly beautiful and majestic, quaint, idyllic and unique areas in America to visit and spend countless hours relaxing and taking in breathtaking views, exploring, learning and indulging in some delectable local food and drink experiences. I've been to 29 on your list. My favorite is Yellostone. When my daughter was younger, we went on summer trips. 48 states, 7 provinces and one state in Mexico. On one of our early trips, we did the South loop of Yellowstone, starting in West Yellowstone and going counter clockwise. At the East end of the loop, you cross the Continental Divide, twice. It had been off and on light rain for most of the time in the park. When we crossed the divide for the second time, it was snowing very large wet flakes. It was the 4th of July!!!

Fern Canyon southwest of Orick , Ca. Coastal Redwoods, Eleanore Rosevelt grove is beautiful. The first 20 miles north of California in Oregon. Stop at every stop for the first 20 miles for the views. Cape Ferello has a great walk out to the end of the cape. When the road splits, take the right split, to the end of the cape, it has the best trail. Henry Ford, Greenville Village is my favorite place I visited in my 24 year business, and Cape Cod.

Great work, as usual! But calling out one mistake: It appears your footage of #68 Mackinac Island, MI is not of the island but of St. Ignace, MI on the mainland. The giveaway is the cars in the footage. There are no vehicles (other than emergency) on Mackinac Island. It can only be accessed by boat, plane, or in the winter, ice bridge. Also, Mackinac Island has a distinct “colonial” look. It is a great place to go for a good walk, bike ride, or bar crawl!

99. We traveled by car constantly when I was growing up. I have also lived as an adult in many states including Hawaii and Alaska. I feel blessed to have seen most of this before the year 2000. A lot of these places are not as they once were due to the political climate in the past 4 years. Many places were defaced or changed. The only thing on this list I haven't done - The International Spy Museum.

I went to Juneau, Alaska this year. I went on a tour of an abandoned mine and learned to pan for gold, went whale watching, zip lining, sea kayaking, went south from Juneau on a bush plane flight over a 75 mile long glacier field, went north to north east on a helicopter ride over the mountains surrounding Juneau and landed on Herbert Glacier where I got to go dog sledding, and got to see Mendenhall Glacier that sits next to Nugget Falls which is a huge waterfall that comes clear off the top of a mountain. Such a beautiful area! Pretty much all of the pan handle of Alaska is part of the Tongass National Rain Forest and just so beautiful.
