I can't love the RG 556 enough. It's so comfortable to hold and play, button layout is fantastic, and the screen...just wow. I recently got a micro SD card from Aliexpress with 480 PS2 games on it, lots of killer titles and they run freaking awesome. Such a great hand held.

The on board stereo speaker placement is very unique and the sound quality surprised me too, it's really good. Thank you for posting this video!

I just bought the RG 556 and i mainly want to play PSP and PS2 on it. Isn't 1X resolution for PS2 supposed to be enough? Considering the fact that we are playing on a 5.4 inch screen so the pixelation shouldn't be much noticeable compared to playing PS2 on a monitor or a TV. I found it hard to justify paying more than double the price for the Odin 2 just to be able to bump up the resolution to 3x on PS2 games. The RG 556 can emulate anything except PS2 just as good as the Odin 2 can. What do you think?

If you have the budget, go for odin 2, otherwise rg556

ROG Ally X! You get perfect Wii U + you get PS3 as much as the emulator allows! Technically plays everything up to PS4 considering the PC ports. Costs an arm and a b*thole but soooooo well worth it... Otherwise RG556, great screen!

@@BigRetroStudio Thanks, but you are not covering my controls issue in your video, playing Shinobi on RG556 is fine with touch screen, but cpntrols are unresponsive with gamepad, you did not seem to have this issue on you video.

Go into the controls settings and automap the controls or map it yourself, then go into the touch screen controls and set it as none.

Need for speed underground 1&2 ps2 versions rarely run at the correct frame rate on hand helds. The GameCube versions seem to run better

Gran Turismo 4 only runs properly on daytime tracks. On a track at night where the lights are on, it is very slow and stutters. No matter what the settings are, if it's evening on the track, it lags unfortunately.
