I had a little boy in my daycare, many years ago, who tested as needing glasses and his mom (young and a single parent but all about her kid) was told by his doctor he was fine. The next time our vision person came in she was shocked to see him sans glasses. She did the recommendation again and mom went straight in this time...a little boy who couldn't sit through circle became our little nerd. I just remember him, first day in the yard with glasses, staring at the the trees and sky. I check in on Facebook from time to time and his is in his teens and brilliant..

I think it absolutely would help point many people in the right direction!!! My son has Autism (he's 30 and is on his own) and he told me once when we were talking about different religious beliefs that people have - Mom people have to learn to be better people... I said yep this is true and he said but ya don't understand why. I said ok why... He said because our bodies die but our electricity that runs our bodies continues to travel once it's released. That electricity leaves an imprint on every person it comes in contact with leaving a little behind each time it passes thru someone. So your kindness and who you are really does have an impact on many people even after you die. He said that's how you have so many people who think they were Mark Twain in a past life... I was like well that explains a lot of things... So yep people need to do better and if it helps them do better then they need to watch videos like these every single day!!

This past Christmas I made 20 bags of food ( like pb&j sandwiches ,chips,apples, bananas or oranges in each bag and bottled water and a Christmas card for each bag) and gave them out to anyone on the streets wanted a bag tht was hungry and just seeing there faces tht someone cared made not only them feel good made me feel good to

I used to see this guy that was living in his car too.. for about 5 months his car never moved.. one night I went and got myself some food and got him some as well . once i was homeless for 5 months, i asked a farmer if i can camp on his field 3x3m he said yes and this was awesome. this is not the end. cause after i was livin there for 3 months i found a letter infront of my tent. it was a 14 y girl that said: im so sorry that u have to live outside, so i left u some brezels, u dont have to starving. i was in tears. but sadly some kids find my tent and the parents call the police, cause they found razors, after i said the farmer said hes okay with that, they left me a blanked and some water. (razors to shave my self). im also a russian, soliders dont hate each others. they have to do their jobs, so pls dont hate them, hate the government.

"the most valuable asset someone can have, is kindness" this couldnt be more true. in near the lowest time of my long life, i was homeless. and near christmas managed to get a temp job as a "bell ringer" standing at a store enterance. a very kind lady on her way out handed me a box of chocolates. she couldnt have had ANY idea how much it ment to recieve something at all when i had no family or friends to share that holiday with. it didnt make my day, it made my week and more. little things, can make a huge difference. if you ever have the impulse to so something for another, dont hesitate. the impact it can have can easily go far beyond anything you might imagine.

If you want to spread a kindness but don't have money, catch a kid doing something good & tell them so. And if you can, compliment the parent too. Like if you see a family in a restaurant & the kids are sitting nicely (not running around & screaming). Or if they open a door for someone.

Had a wonderful neighbor when I was a young mother of two. One day my 2 year old son got hurt and he was screaming and fighting me as I was trying to clean the cut and put on a bandaid. My neighbor heard the screaming and came to the back door and offered to help me. He was the same neighbor when I would come home and I could smell something yummy being cooked in his house..I would often would find a bowl of it in by my back door. He was truly amazing man, I will always miss him.

Actually when you help the homeless stop and talk to them shake their hand ask them what they need. I've talked to homeless and they say they are lonely and most people ignore them. Remember a lot of us are a few paychecks away from being homeless.
