Boss, I don't mean to bother your time, May I send you my pillers and ask you to do them, I've messed up my third set today, and I've been trying time and time again to get it right. Ill compensate you, if theirs a way to communicate and talk about it all, please respond

Препрег. В работе приятнее если сравнивать с вакуумной инфузией. ( меньше лишней работы. Дегазация смолы например) Prepreg. The work is more pleasant when compared with vacuum infusion. (less extra work. Degassing of resin for example)

Can I ask why you use glass bubbles mixed with coupling coat and not only a coupling coat?
@CarbonWorkshops
@CarbonWorkshops Жыл бұрын
I use mix the glass bubles with coupling coupling to make a very thick resin. I brush into all the tight corners first to avoid any bridging gaps when laying up.

Congratulations for the tutorial, I wanted to ask you if the vacuum pump must suck until it catalyzes the resin or as soon as it reaches the gel point it must detach, isn't there a risk that it sucks in too much resin?
@lotuselansteve
@lotuselansteve 8 ай бұрын
No. You can't pull resin out of the prepreg because the release film isn't perforated, even of you leave the pump on for hours. If you can't get a perfect seal on the vacuum bag, which is not unusual, you have to leave the pump on until the resin has cured.
