Vacuum bagging gets the bubbles out. It wont help you with the form or anything, it just reduces the amount of epoxy to the required minimum while getting out some air inclusions.

Awesome video and thorough step-by-step! A word of caution to you, though. The isocyanates in 2K clear can get into series 6000 filters and mess you up. You should have a remote air supply even if you can't be in a booth. 2K clear is nasty stuff and wouldn't want you risking your lungs to get a good finish on the parts. Even if you can't smell paint, isocyanates are scentless and are smaller particles than paint. Be safe and keep on recording, these videos are great.

That's a really expensive way to get delamination in a few years. Simplify the process to save time and money, as well as achieve a result which will last virtually forever... Instead of filler, rough up the surface with 40 or 80 grit sandpaper. Follow that with a rag soaked in acetone. Wipe the entire surface so that the acetone softens the top layer. Immediately follow that with a "laminating" polyester resin (instead of epoxy). Add the black dye if you prefer. Don't wait for the resin to set. Immediately lay the carbon fiber down onto the surface. Use a fiberglass roller or a very firm paint roller to press the cloth into place, as well as to press out any trapped air. Mix a second batch of resin. This time use a "finishing" polyester resin. Again, not epoxy. Alternatively, you can add a wax filler to the same laminating resin used in the initial coat. Use a brush to DAB the resin over the cloth. Do not brush it. After dabbing the second layer, roll that out again. Let the second layer cure completely, overnight. No such thing as over-cured. After that, sand with 2000 grit, then spray the clear coat. Cut and buff to your preference. Results: No wrinkles. Lighter weight. Significant cost savings, as polyester is cheaper than epoxy. No trapped air that will cause future delamination. Also no trapped air means you won't have a blotchy finish. Total labor cut by approximately 75%.
