If you ever upgrade the tiny house you could buy a toilet which has a small basin built in on top of the flush system. That way no need to use the kitchen sink after toilet use and therefore more hygienic.

Can’t say the idea of washing my hands on top of the toilet excites me. You would definitely want to close the lid on the commode when you flush. Microscopic droplets can fly when you flush and easily land in and around the sink. ICK!!! It’s not a surprise to hear people end up with E. Coli in their system and wonder why. Sanitary would be washing your hands in the kitchen although barely . Raw chicken rinsed in the sink is an invitation for Salmonella germs to be on hard surfaces. Just keeps getting better and better!!

Personally, I think you need a bigger sink because there’s nothing worse than trying to wash dishes in a little tiny sink. Trust me I’ve done both in the normal size sink versus a tiny one and the normal size ones out each and every time because when you have a Lotta dishes, you need space to get them clean and put away.

I think a toaster over, convention oven, air fryer combo would be a much better useful utensil then the microwave. You can heat up anything in a convection over @ 400 degrees for 20 mins and it comes out perfect every time using foil over the food, or if you need it crispy, don't tuck the foil, just lay it on top. My personal preference.

You did a great job. As a single homeowner I find my small oven air fryer, microwave, and plug in electric skillet are all I need to cook. Once my stove top and my oven broke down in my old 1960’s home I just bought cooking appliances. Once I get my kitchen renovated I know I’m going to have to put a full oven in to sell my home. I know I will not be using it because those three appliances work perfectly for my needs.

I watched your previous programme and am so pleased to see the results now. 😊. I would like a a slightly larger fridge with a small freezer. You could have an extra shelf for your toaster etc. The blue wall is gorgeous. It's in an open space and gives a zonal feel. With the yellow furnishings it gives a modern but cozy feel. I love "bold". This really makes you choose what is essential and what you can live without! I do like the layout and especially a proper entrance area for shoes, a coat an umbrella! The coir carpet. I WOULD miss a washing machine/dryer and if it were my tiny home, I’d have an idea. That's a pipe dream though. This is a grand design on a small scale. Love it. Congratulations 👌❤️👌

I have an airfryer for 2-3 years now. It was the BEST investment EVER! Especially for heating up left overs…almost no risk of burning or drowning in oil (which happened quite some time in a pan) and also a MUCH better result than in a microwave (crispy, hot, not slurry). So yes- it would be a real update! ,-).

Kitchen upgrade: You could easily get an oven/air fryer - microwave combination! That way you had four appliances at once.. (Microwave, oven, air fryer & toaster.) Also I suggest a bigger fridge (with freezer) and drawers for the lower compartments of the cabinet and maybe even some bins or baskets for the upper compartments. It's much easier to store and access stuff in some sort of pull out system.. Nice house you created there! I like everything about it! ❤ The kitchen with the white boards is spacious & practical but still cozy & fun! The office/desk, the living room with the folding bed and the rotating tv, the entrance with it's rustic yet warm/cozy sisal flooring.. Everything really! You could even rent out both and store your stuff in some storage space. That way you could make even more money. A whole livable house/home just for storing items is unnecessary waste in some way.. 😊

A longer bed for your long legs. A bigger fridge with a freezer. An air fryer or an Instant Pot with an air fryer would be upgrades you might like. A bigger sink in the kitchen, but I wouldn't bother with a sink over the toilet. This was very helpful. I'm moving from a 2500 sq. ft. house into a Tiny Home/Destination Trailer that is 399 sq. ft. If you can live in 100 sq. ft. I can live in my new tiny space. You did a nice job and it's well thought out. I noticed that the water sources are back to back to minimize plumbing. Smart.

As a project, I admire what you've done with such a small space, it looks to be done to a high standard and you get a lot of bang for your buck. I get the impression that this was built for you and I do hope that is the plan and it's never rented out. Building it for yourself is one thing but the housing situation in this country is getting worse and worse. I can see a future where such small homes are offered at obscene rents to those who are desperate and with no other choice.

Brilliant little house! I think the blue is a smart choice; it gives the space more depth. In another tiny house, I saw a setup where there was a spigot to wash your hands in the shower. Nice work!

Love your sharp, fresh style. That blue and yellow combination pops in my opinion, great stuff.

It's brilliant, a great practical design and looks modern and stylish. You might need an ottoman to extend your bed for sleeping lol! You probably don't need anything else in the kitchen but an air fryer is a nice addition. Also a nice clean and easy way to cook in a small space.

Very cool. As another space saver (for future projects) I would suggest electric underfloor heating, or a ceiling mounted infrared heating panel. They're very energy efficient and the underfloor or ceiling mount options mean none of the floor space is eaten away. Also you might want to sort your front door out, since it opens at an awkward angle given angle of approach, and as it opens outwards it may be less secure. If you have any loft space, that might also make some useful storage. Also, check out the London Wallbed Company. They're sofa beds, where the bed folds down from the wall over the sofa. Would be the perfect idea for a space like this one.

I think I'd struggle to reduce all my junk to that level, but the concept intrigues me. Two questions, Laundry? Ironing?

I haven't ironed for years, choose clothing that doesn't crumple, dry on hangers after stretching to smooth while wet.

Where do you keep clothes? Where do you wash and dry clothes? Where do you store towels and bedding? Really like the use of wall mounted storage in the hall. Given me an idea for my very small entrance hall.

I have a small microwave/combination/convection oven. Easily roast a full chicken in it. Suits me down to the ground. I also have an air fryer but prefer to use the oven.

I love the concept and the detail you go into here! I live on a narrowboat and having a finctional enteance hall is pivitol - dragging your bags/voate through your living space changes a tiby home. Would love to know kroe about the renovations on your home.

I would be comfortable with a 2 burner cooktop, however would like a bit larger fridge/freezer. But it is gorgeous.
