We hope you enjoy this episode! Cairo is such a legendary character. He is amazingly talented and what he has already accomplished in life is hard to believe! His home is next-level stunning and we are so excited to be able to share it with you! In addition to many other things, Cairo has written an awesome e-book (which he talks about in this video). For those who are interested, you can check that out here: amzn.to/3sMy4qM - This is an affiliate link and we receive a small commission for every sale. Yeah, but these videos of some kid using their parents' property to make a tiny house, etc gets old fast. In most places, you can't have a standalone tiny house due to code/laws so it ends up coming off more as parents helping their hippy disappointment more than anything

I love to see this with english families...when I moved to London I was shocked to see young adults leaving their parents' home at 16/17.....In Italy we leave when we get married which can happen anytime after 25.....I love multigenerational living as long as there is enough space for everyone 😉

For now. That can change. I don't begrudge rich people their ability to buy or commission prototypes either. Eventually if the new concept is popular it becomes more affordable. It's like ppl don't need to buy a new bike at first, they can buy secondhand & see how it suits them. Then they sell it on & the next owner gets to enjoy it. So anyone building a small or tiny home will gradually demonstrate how livable they are. Then planning permission guidelines can be changed to allow more people to have their own spaces.

Cairo's minimalist, monochromatic home fits in beautifully with the overall lovely space he requires to create. He must have sound-color synthesia 🎸🎶🌈, so understandably he prefers a "blank canvas" interior in order not to be distracted while creating his colorful music. It's spacious, well designed, and a wonderful place to connect with his family and friends. Cairo is a true Renaissance man who creates music, sings, as well as does photography, nutrition, breathwork coach, editing, producing, etc. His minimalist home belies his multi-faceted, multi-talented personality! Cairo is an amazingly talented man. Thanks for sharing.

I absolutely love seeing examples of multi generational living! If you have a healthy relationship with your parents, I promise you it is so enriching. My husband and I have built an apartment in my parents’ home after my dad survived a stroke. We originally planned it to be a only few years so we could help while he recovered. They told us “you can stay forever as far as we’re concerned”, and now we think we probably will.

It's a great point in favour of adding smaller homes. Their garden is very likely much quieter with the completed building between that and the street. So many people would love to downsize to a tiny home and still live in a familiar neighborhood. It's not all about being in the middle of a forest, as Cairo said.

Absolutely gorgeous! And the house isn't bad either! On a serious note though, this is so perfect. I'm not a minimalist at heart, but I find myself happiest in a minimalist home. For me, it's a mental health thing, I need the clean and clear environment. But my art space is where I collect all my little eccentric bits and bobs. And if I had a garden, that would also be a celebration of colours. For a calm soul though, I need a calm home.

I totally agree with that statement about parents here in Scandinavia too. We just tend to move away from them, visit a couple times a year and then send them away to some retirement home until they die instead of living with them. I would love to build a home close to my parents like this. They were always there for me growing up and I would love to be there for them as they grow older if I can help. I try to visit my parents at least once a month to hug them and see whats up and the other weeks we talk for at least an hour a week. They are just some of my favorite people in this world. Also: nice house 😀

What a beautiful and charismatic person Cairo is! I was very struck by the association of colors with sound. As a musician and music therapist, I'm absolutely connected with what he said. The house is wonderful, a real dream, simple, elegant and functional. And you Bryce (as I have written before) are the great inspiration of this whole tiny houses movement that is becoming bigger and bigger! We're not only discovering "magic" homes but also interesting people. A hug to you and Rasa

Echoing others’ comments, Cairo is a fabulously interesting and humble character, clearly super talented and good on him for building a life he wants to live as well as a home 🌟

Cairo designed an amazing home. It’s nice to see a smaller home, even though it’s not a true tiny home. The pull out closet under the stairs is brilliant! The whole place is a sanctuary, and I love the natural light from above, plus the huge doors leading to the beautiful garden offer uncluttered views. I think it’s so interesting that he has synesthesia. The white/blank wall spaces give him a blank canvas on which he sees color while creating music. So cool!

What an amazing person Cairo is. Truly inspirational. Not only has he built a beautiful, functional home, but he has done so around his loving family. This is how we were meant to live...in peace and harmony with our surroundings, loved ones, drawing strength from each other and keeping out negative influences. Thank you for yet another great video, Bryce.

Cairo is so cool! Thank you for introducing him to us. The tiny house is great but it was a joy just learning about him and all his creative pursuits. I absolutely love that Bryce said "What color is my voice?" That would be my first question too! :)

I am very fond of this house, everything is well thought. 😊 many good ideas. I like the fact that you can practise yoga, or dance preparation, and you can sing or play music in the studio, stay creative thanks to the work room, and rest immediately on the sofa when you are too tired …you do not have to walk a lot, you can fall immediately on it and take a small nap or take a cup of tea, make a small pause. The opening window is great … the sun ☀️ comes generously inside and it is important for the energy 😊👍🏻💐 This is an ideal home for a creative person. I remember this home now. 👍🏻Namaste 🙏🏻Thank You so much 💐
