A certain Armortype thats causing major damage to certain buildings and units, but VERY LITTLE DAMAGE to others. I wanna know what armortype that is so civvies that are armed can deal more noticeable damage (in general at least since i want them to be more of a threat to your units.)

That would be concrete for buildings and heavy for units. This is due to how the engine handles warheads (the damage type of the weapon) and armor types (damage is rounded down and no damage is inflicted when the damage is reduced to 1%).

100 technicians vs 1 conscript

Why does it take so many round from 100 technicians to kill a conscript who only has 125 hit point? If the damage round up, then 1 round of firing from 100 technicians at least will take a 125 hp conscript to 25 hp. If the damage round down, then the conscript can't be damaged. Is the rounding probabilistic or something? I feel an old game like ra2 probably won't waste so much computation power on this. I'm confused.
