Hey, Research experience is not mandatory but if you have it then it is a huge plus. So my recommendation is that you try to get as much experience as possible to make a strong application.

Sir don't you think that if you will directly do Ph.D after BS, then HEC may cause trouble in degree attestation because you have not done MS or m.phil degree before. As I have heard from someone that HEC not allow such kind of case,is it true?

No no not at all.... in fact U.S. gives both a Masters and PHD degree as part of this program.... it takes 5-6 years to finish this PhD.... 2years MS and then PhD.....

MS funding is very hard in the US. If you have a paper published in a high impact factor journal then you have some decent chance of getting scholarship. Otherwise it is very hard to get scholarships for MS. You can change the major after consultation with your advisor and program head.
