Punjab state is famous for delicious food, specially for Dal Makhni. Punjabi are very famous for eating food with huge amount of Desi Ghee and having good humor of hospitality. Punjabi are great.

We'd been to this place 7 years ago on a visit. I recall the hospitality, the gorgeous taste, and looks of the food!! My 6 year old daughter then, partook only of paneer butter masala and naan both at lunch and dinner, regularly for 3 days!!

True! Punjabi men n women are born "Super-Chefs"......be it veg food or non-veg food. The tandoors ..... all sorts of tandoori stuff...... all special curries, paranthas, lassi, nutri, kulcha....everything is so so appealing, special, mouth watering if prepared by Punjabis n Sikhs. In fact they have monopoly on food stuff. Even those Punjabis n Sikhs, who came to this side of Punjab, from that side of Punjab, during partition, too ran food n Masala businesses v successfully. They are v hardworking n enterprising people. Moreover they have v v good taste n good recipes. So they themselves eat v v heavy, tasty n fulfilling foods n hence they run v v v successful businesses!! 👍
