Thanks Jonathan for all the great video you share on KZbin. I can remember back to the Studebaker and building your hot rods that were so much fun to watch. Then you took the channel on a different path when you went after that Unit crane. I was absolutely blown away when after all you went through to repair that crane, you finally got the thing to move under its own power. I’m sure you are still making good use of it to this day. It was incredible. Now we have these steam engines to enjoy as you do all the work to bring them back while we watch. I know you must get a lot of satisfaction from repairing these engines to working condition and then make use of them to saw lumber or split firewood or generate electricity. I admire your ability to do all that you do. I also admire the way you take on problems that would stop most but you just keep on going. Keep it up as long as you can.

I know how you feel. It has been 25 years this month since I lost the greatest gift God ever gave me. Seeing how Jonathan and his wife work so well together just gives my heart a warm feeling. When you've got a good wife she should know every minute that she is loved and I'm more than certain John lets her know that.

I enjoy watching these steam engines running that you have saved and repaired. It is important that people see these engines running and attached to the saw or the wood splitter or whatever. They were so important to our country back in the day. Thanks for making these videos.

Always amazed at what you get done, that tree to lean on while running that splitter is convenient. The more I thought about it though, it kind of concerned me standing in a pinch point if a crooked piece or a knot ever threw the piece of wood out at the operator.

Love the live action! Ever think instead of a car meet if people could bring their own implements to run. Know what I mean? For any people that are into restoring lighter tools compared to a heavy engine, heh heh. If there are any out there only rebuilding implements that is, lol. Gotta be a ton out there in barns waiting for the love of a grease gun. Have a good one, all.
