It is simple; if you don't want to pay nothing, you will get nothing. Not 2 machines are exactly alike, no interchangeable parts, no safety systems, a disaster waiting to happen. But there are. Given the equipment, and the work space they have to work with, and what they can afford to produce them for--they do a good job! I would also have to guess they have been making these presses for quite a while so there must be a continuing demand for them. Its easy to criticize what they do given the level of our equipment and technology but how well would we do if the shoe was on the other foot?

300 ton refers to the ram force, not the weight of the machine. In other words the maximum punching pressure it can exert. No way is that press able to exert a punching pressure of 300 tons. It’s physically too small and flimsily built. I don’t believe that press is capable of punching a 4”(102”) diameter hole through 1” (25.4mm) thick mild steel, which needs a force of approx 300 tons.

It was bad enough on the 50-ton press video, but this one?? The methods used are bordering on criminal! Hard to watch...for the most part, I understand the limitations in these countries, but some practices must be adhered to because lives are involved!
