Affectionately known around the world as the “Mother of Holistic Medicine,” Dr. Gladys Taylor McGarey is a medical pioneer and visionary. Born to medical missionary parents in the jungles of India a century ago, in a place and time that filled her childhood experiences with imagination about what medicine could be, Dr. Gladys educates viewers about Living Medicine. Guiding viewers through the 5 L’s: Life, Love, Laughter, Labor and Listening, 100 year old Dr. Gladys ushers in the next medical paradigm shift. Dr. Gladys Taylor McGarey is a medical pioneer and visionary. She was born to medical missionary parents in the jungles of India a century ago, in a place and time that filled her childhood experiences with imagination about what medicine could be. As the only female co-founder of the American Holistic Medical Association in 1977, she has become affectionately known around the world as the "Mother of Holistic Medicine." The year 2020 marks her 100th year on planet Earth, as she continues to usher in the next medical paradigm shift, Living Medicine. She is a treasured speaker nationally. I had the great privilege of meeting Dr. Gladys when I attended a Temple Beautiful program in the mid-80s. What a pleasure it is to see her still alive and contributing to our quality of life. I believe that she is 103 now and still beautiful and vibrant.

This is so beautiful. Thank you so much. I’m 20 years old. I’m still tryna figure out life. I have a calling towards nature. As I hear her, and I’m in college. Trying to figure out the grounds I need to meet. In order to be a holistic doctor. Thank you

I have lived with long term residuals of a paralysis, struggling with various health issues. Dr Gladys phoned me a few years ago after I emailed the clinic. I answered not knowing it was her, and it felt like I was talking with a Saint! She really is indescribably wonderful in real life! Thanks for all the healing and knowledge shared over your lifetime, Dr Gladys!

What an amazing 100 year old! Long live. Wearing a mask is still debated for the effectiveness to prevent virus transmition. We know spatum carries virus into the air and also stays on food and plastics. So does coughing. Air circulation is helpful, even when you cannot have a space. Open windows regularly. It's obvious the population density and congestion in big cities had a higher infection rate, not necessarily death.

OK when the V word came up, that’s where you lost me. Your daughter-in-law who is a pediatrician does she ever tell her patients to supplement with vitamin D, K2 and magnesium? All right, you’re starting to go down a rabbit hole that I don’t go down. bye gladys. And by the way, don’t call yourself holistic please.

Oh no, my heart just sank.. as she went on, and on about not only the cooties cocktail but all of the hogwash that was Perpetrated on the human race - including the suffocation devices, and that ridiculous, meaningless 6 feet. Comparing walking around in public to performing surgery… and then somehow trying to relate it all to mother Earth ? That didn’t even make sense, but I’d forgive her for being a little illogical, but I am so disappointed ! I heard some interviews, and I really admired this woman and was interested in reading more about her work and buying her latest book but I don’t trust anyone that was pushing this obvious agenda. Given her views on other things that I am aware of plus the fact that she calls her self holistic, I wasn’t expecting this at all, and I agree with you. It makes me doubt how holistic the philosophy of her clinic really is. Sad to hear her daughter, the pediatrician pushing that on the kids. I know the medical doctors were also indoctrinated and brainwashed to believe in all that, but I expected her to be wiser. I do like a lot of her message, but this really turned me off. I wonder if she woke up by the time the cocktail came out because I know she’s still alive at 102….
