How about food, ordinary clothing, washing machine or laundry? Co-pay at the doctors? Pet food? Cleaning supplies? Gas for the car?Toiletries? Paid school trips? What about parent-teacher conferences? Will pipe attend and talk to the teacher? Extracurricular activities, including paying for uniforms? Will pipe work at the snack stand during middle and high school games? Will pipe chaperone kids on outings? Like I said: Priorities!

My personal take on this is that most of our women "need" to be needed. They literally thrive off of this. Its a different perspective than saying they want control which could be a bi-product of wanted to be needed. So this is why you'll see many women go after brothers like this vs someone who doesn't need them at all or even better someone who may make them feel inadequate.

In my opinion, men like this understand they have little or nothing to offer a woman by way of means, but what they do offer her is attention, affection and help (ie take out trash, fix things, can cook). Whereas the successful man carries himself like a woman can be easily replaced. They are often times set in their ways and usually unwilling to participate in things the woman likes to do. It is all about them. Therefore, some women settle on the clean up man. Having a 1/2 a man is better than no man.
