I am always afraid of your workouts, so far this is the second one I have done since I restarted working out. I used to do them during lockdown,don't know why I stopped ,probably because of fear but my dear,ur the real deal of cardio....thanks cos this is gold.💪

Don't be afraid! Our workouts might be challenging, but there are plenty ways to make them slightly easier. And always remember the feeling when you conplete a really challenging workout! One of the best feelings! 🧡

You are the queen of cardio! I despise cardio, so this one looks completely BRUTAL! Also, Carole, I love the countdown timer way better than the percentage timer you were using!!💜
