I had a friend who was pulled over for a DUI and then arrested but she swore up and down that she was treated unfairly and that the cops abused her so she decided to fight it. Spent a few thousand on attorney fees and when she finally got ahold of the body cam footage, she had me watch it before her and tell her how it looked. And omg, it was so bad! She was belligerent, wouldn't listen to the officers and when she refused to cooperate she literally tried walking away from them to get back in her vehicle like she was gonna be able to just take off. They cuffed her, she was yelling and putting up a fight. It was embarrassing to watch and I told her she was wasting money since she was a thousand percent wrong on so many levels. But her memory was altered from the alcohol and she thought she was the victim. She had already paid so she continued with the case and unsurprisingly, she lost.

The patience of these officers is incredibly unbelievable. Especially the female officer who was zoomed in on several times, wow it looked like she was done with the situation several times but the screams just kept continuing. I hope the woman gets some help and the officers get some extra pto for their astounding handle on this arrest. They could use some more days off to decompress from stuff like this. To this day I can’t see the same model of motorcycle without a little wretch in my chest. Drivers have to put up with motorcycles dodging and weaving and coming out of nowhere. If you are gonna ride a bike you need to take responsibility and not blame everyone else because you are 'vunerable'. I had a friend and coworker get a bike he never tested and we had all had a few drinks. Not drunk or anything. Anyway he said when Hanna goes to sleep (his girl at the time) im gonna take the bike out for a ride. Well he went out crashed the bike and was crazy far away from the crash site. I now have some guilt about not taking they keys away from him. But I will never let it happen again. RIP Big Ben.

My son in law drove a motorcycle they lived in Northwest Ark. he also got fearful of the other driver to the point he wore hunter orange vest so people would see him. my husband had passed away a couple of years before leaving me his ford 150 so I gave it to him to drive made him feel better and me to......love your show

As a former LEO they probably got a warrant for a blood draw and the lab test results came back a month later. Labs are usually backed up so it takes a while. Based on her behavior I doubt she agreed to take a breathalyzer when booked at the jail.
