Why Vietname sets its curreny Dong to 23,715 to US$1. Why cannot they do a "reverse split" to make it maybe US$=23.7 VND?

For 90m2, they should have done more of an open kitchen. For my apartment in Phu My Hung, I did a much more American style with a huge island opening up to the living room. So many of the Vietnamese apartments use the 'galley' kitchen which takes all the joy out of cooking. I get that traditionally Vietnamese tried to hide the cooking/prep but it makes a huge difference if you are entertaining guests. Oh, also my tip would be to rent in an apartment with a GS25 - the best convenience store chain hands down!

Vietnamese foods using lot of fish sauce, Western style kitchen inside the home or Apartment not suitable, especially a humid and tropicalweather . The Architecture in Vietnam lack of ideas and creativity , they just copy from a textbook. A dumb and stupid people.

@@amt7877 I don't like the smell and aerosolized oil going everywhere in the house. With a lot of Asian cooking under high heat in wok, you need a closed off space, even with a fan. In China a lot of fancy homes with have both an open kitchen (for vanity) and a close kitchen where it cooking actually happens.

I've just rented a top floor apartment, 14th floor. Simple, clean and modern. Has its own pool, a shop on the 4th floor, a big park next door and killer views. We pay 3.5 million per month. I could buy it for 5 mllion per month. We prefer to reinvest our money into our business and ourselves. January 2023, we are looking at buying a shack on a mountain. Why line other people's pockets.

Hos can you pay $ 1 000 just for living. I’m a reteree in Sweden and my total pension - after tax - is appr $ 350-400 per month. And with that money I have to pay rent, food and everything else I need. I thought Sweden was a rich country and Vietnam a poor. But it is the other way around obviously.

Ok Vietnam, I wouldn’t be talking about Vietnam if you didn’t have any kind of invasion in Cambodia. Why should I care about it? The other reason to talk about Vietnam is because you are dating Mexican people it is dangerous. Now my car is an Acura RSX not a super car. I can’t afford a super car but if I have the money I wouldn’t buy one either. I am from a very rich family and my dad is poor but a super car is not my style. I can’t afford it and I am not going to get one either if I have luck with money. It’s because if I have money to buy a Lamborghini then super rich people would compare me to a homeless guy in the street because they are a higher mountain in the world. I won’t buy a Lamborghini unless I am a billionaire. My Acura RSX is perfect for me.
