So I'm gonna totally feel crazy for posting this. But I just had to share. See if anyone else had something similar happen. I only was able to listen to about 19 minutes of it. And first it was hard to concentrate but slowly I started to sway( my body just began moving, I wasnt doing it) but the music was. Then I began to focus.( all doing this with my eyes closed of course, its for the 3rd eye anways). As I bagan to focus i could feel a pressure in the center of my forehead (right where your 3rd eye is) and I began to focus more and more. Then I lifted my hand and placed two fingers on the pressure and began to cry. I didn't know why but I did. Slowly I let my hand rest back at my side. As the tears continued to roll down my face. A warm aurora began to get close. The tears began falling more and faster. This warmth touched my heart. And I lost it. Just balling. The warmth told me it was my morher( who had passed away 11 years ago now) and for some reason I felt it wasn't lying. The warmth hugged and surrounded me. The tears were everywhere. Eyed closed the whole time. My mother then told me I had to fix my broken relationship with my siblings. And the my brothers were going down a very bad path. And that I was the only one that could save them from it. She then told me my purpose was to fix things that were broken( back story. My parents had me in an attempt to fix their failing marriage. Wellp that didn't work.) She then told me it wasn't my job to fix my parent relationship and that my purpose was bigger. But I feel like I'm rambling so did anyone else have anything like this?

The third eye is the one that sees the unseen. The warmth you fell is love from The universe, always there, always available. I think you felt it as your mother because it's the highest sense of love that you know (so do I) and the third eye pointed at the problem that is most present in your life. In a way , You always knew this, but that information was locked. Tearing up is completely normal in a meditative state, we unlock and enter emotions that we don't even know are there. Something similar happened to me the other day, I was meditating in the water of the ocean, floating. Then I felt so much security and trust, and that emotion took me back to a memory where I was in a pool with my dad (I must've been 7 or 8 y/o) and he was holding me and moving me around while floating, and I felt that same trust and serenity when I was in his arms.i started crying immediately. I have lots of l abandonment issues with my father, but that memory brought me the understanding that I am not as angry as I think, but that I am just sad and feel sorrow. In the meditation I kept hearing : forgive, forgive, forgive... I still don't know if I'm supposed to ask him for forgiveness, or if I am ready to forgive him... either way (or both) I felt at peace and realized that the anger and sadness faded away. Before I felt like it was a ball of stone weighing on my soul, after that I felt like it went away with the foam of the ocean. I know I rambled , but you are not alone and I'm sending you a big hug full or love. 🦋

Within the first 10 minutes of listening to this I began to get a headache and feel like my whole body was made out of sand. I even felt this heaviness in the back of my head. But, I just kept going. So here’s what I have gathered... your third eye (pineal gland) is located in between your eyes and just right below your forehead. The gland is extremely absorbent and over time will collect calcium deposit, and even fluoride from the water your drink as well as other daily free radicals/ chemicals. I an working on opening my pineal gland myself. Do you mind sharing some of the steps you took? I stopped eating meat in June of 2020, am not drinking only distilled water, have used an Eastern method of putting tumeric on my forehead and kum kum on my 3rd eye, I feel the back of my head where the pineal is pulsating sometimes but no awakening as of yet.

Yes it is safe to listen to this music and I love it and listen to it to start my day. I enjoyed it the first time I heard it. I found it 2 months ago and listen to it about 30 minutes daily. I am a Kundalini Meditation Master Teacher and volunteered and taught kundalini awakening in 15 minutes for free a public library for 9 years and I can feel my 3rd eye the 6th chakra energizing with this music. It is my favourite background sound on KZbin. I have been meditating daily for 11 years. I listen to this when I wake up and am preparing my breakfast. I have heard endless types of music and this does something better than the rest. It tunes me up. Now that is a good way to start my day to get 'Into The Zone'. The claim that it changes people in 30 minutes at first listen and that lasts days is overrated as it would take a lot more than that. However the claim that it is beneficial and benefits the 3rd eye is accurate. I know this because of my thousands of hours of deep meditating before listening to this and my 3rd eye is definitely benefiting just listening to this soundtrack.
