Position and Mount the IC first! That will dictate what to do for the plenum and charge tubes so it will look correct and shorten the lines. You appear to have all the space you need/want, but still think making it clean tidy and intentional is important.

If you are changing the intake runner length/angle anyway is there any reason not to just flip the throttle body to the rear? Seems like that would make things much easier for intake and charge cooler plumbing.

Assuming you did not want ceramic coating on the external surface of a header and down pipe, can they Only coat the internal surfaces? And is there any benefit to the exhaust material not being sandwiched in between two thermal layers VS having the outside surface able to transfer heat that makes it through the internal thermal coating?
