I have read that the ARP head studs are supplied with washers that are too small and oversized 28mm washers help keep the head down.

Knocked out 900ish rwkw through a Powerglide & 9" in my 2006 Tornado, built motor, 6Boost, etc etc. Good fun- but the more you make, the more you want. By the time i had finished with it, it was just a straightline drag pig. Sold all the driveline, put it back to mostly stock (bar hiflow turbo, intercooler, exhuast, injectors & a tune) and i ened up enjoying it more with that setup. Each to their own though!

Pretty wild on a 69mm borg! I max them out manual on the mainline hub up here like 860-880rwhp. 372’s are my go to :) And how to god motors/drivelines hold up with old mate holding them on the dyno speed brake at that kinda power is beyond me. Definitely would never happen on the road haha.

It's definitely close to running out of turbo 😆😆 He does like to hold her up in the top, he says it otherwise doesn't read the top rpm power number very reliably. What ramp run time do you normally shoot for out of interest?? 👍👍

@@BobbyMcBoost bro depends how sketchy I’m feeling, if I’ve got spicy timing and I want to get through it quickly incase it’s a bit peppy, normally 6-6.5 seconds. 3500ish-7000rpm. If it’s the end and I want some long data 7.5ish on the mainline hub :) Impressive the old atomic build still made the numbers. Did it do the usual number 6 gasket delete?

Haven't pulled it apart yet, I did change the plugs since the road tune and added some fuel to 5 & 6 cylinders, they were a bit spicy compared to the rest 😆 These were all 8second runs and I was pretty sure they were on the long side 😜

Huge torque numbers! Should pressure test the cooling system too!I’ve found often good looking caps vent at lower than spec pressure,if it’s the head it might have just lifted a little hopefully!

It has the 225kpsi 12mm at the moment, will run these again with just a slightly different setup with prep work and see how it goes!
