This is my next watch. Sold out on NG's website at the moment. Hoping to first try one on the wrist at the end of this month (April) at the Windup Watch Fair in San Francisco. Don't understand the comments on the price-point -- for a 1000M depth rating watch from a company with the heritage of Nivada Grenchen, it feels about right, if not a bit of a bargain.

Depthmaster looks like the Benarus Moray 38 (or visa versa) - even with the 15/45 bezel markers pointing outwards (unusual).

$1000 is what threw you? $1000 is a great deal for this watch. Find me a 1000m diver with these dimensions, regulated to less than 1s/day, with a sapphire crystal, and with an automatic helium-escape valve for sub $1000. The looks are one thing, but value is something that you can't criticize this piece on.
