Replace the battery and take it to an electrician to hook up. Or get them to replace it with a new one? I'm about to get one, so I'd be keen on any updates just in case, ✌

MrWhatevz Appreciate the advice! I actually managed to get on the phone with the manufacturer and I guess it turns out it was a fluke and we actually got a wrong part - which they immediately shipped to us upon realizing. Looking forward to getting it running!
