Subsequent her jail sentence Veronica was required to spend 180 days on electronic monitoring, pay a long list of fees and fines, and take various classes and evaluations. Her arrest report, DUI packet, and court sentencing documentation have been posted on Patreon.

Real World Police great to see at least one Judge not let her off with a slap on the wrist just because she did not wreck, hurt herself or someone else! Too many rimes drivers are arrested and the tests prove they are DUI or DWI for the 3rd, 4th, 5th time or more and still are not getting the message that DUI or DWI is against the law, and a danger on the road! Even with 360 days suspended, and all the other requirements, bet she pulls the same stupid stunt and hopefully she gets truly what she deserves for feeling entitled enough to get her way and not be held responsible for her breaking the law... This truly seems to be a slap on the wrist!

MarshallSc Never searched her or her car, let her go to the bathroom without being searched. Gave her nothing but special treatment. Then she says she needs her brakes checked! So she’s driving drunk with faulty brakes! And she has a gun permit? Wow! She will have a murder charge soon, someone will say hi to her and scare her and she will shoot them.

Do we all get to call our mom and dad when police pull us over? Is this now standard procedure? Also, jail is stressful so we all need to be exempt from attending jail. Also adults should cry when police are going to arrest them. And we should also swear that we haven't done anything. Police are now obligated to accept excuses. Like swerving because we dropped this or that imaginary object.

@Colleen De koning That's not an exact sceince, a decent attorney would rip that apart. He would probably prevent the jury from hearing about the prior dui, and she didn't appear very intoxicated in any of the video. Had she blew .07 twice, I think a decent attorney could easily win that.

I would have jumped at the chance to do a breathalyzer on the side of the road. Instead, they let the actual drunk person drive my car home. And took me to the station. So I could blow .000 After the officer "detected a strong smell alcohol on my breath". So, he was a proven liar. Drunk girl was in the car. I was outside of the car. So it wasn't a mistake. It was a flat out lie.
