Yeah, CG always has the upper hand with strategy. The other gangs usually just do typical drive-by shootings and such. But Chang Gang was baiting them into a "kill zone" where CG also had the height advantage. That's a military tactic. CG doesn't fuck around with petty and predictable gang tactics.
