Both of us are born and raised Burqueños🙏🏽 It’s so cool to learn your styles of cooking and know that you appreciate Quality preparation of traditional dishes. I wish you could get a Old School recipe to make Carne Seca. My grandma used to cut meat thick and dry it in the kitchen with cheese cloth and wax paper across a wire between the cabinets.
