I am so shocked that you only have 100k subscribers because this is one of the best travel channels my wife and I have stumbled upon. We went to Iceland 6 years ago and did most of our prep work by watching every video on Iceland With a View and had a fantastic time. Iceland was our honeymoon and I guess I just assumed that KZbin was full of quality travel channels like this one, but every trip we've been on since we weren't able to find anything as good as this channel. Keep up the good work and know that I recommend this channel to everyone that says they might travel to Iceland. I can't wait to go back!

Congratulations on 100,000 viewers! I went to Iceland for ten days in June of 2021, and in the years leading up to my trip had probably watched all or almost all of your videos. They really helped me with my trip a lot, from the big things like renting a campervan at Happy Campers, to finding out about the campgrounds in every town, to the little things like the Stjörnu popcorn which was such a good road snack. Congratulations Jeannie. It's been nearly 2 years since I brought my kids to Iceland for the first time. You were key to setting up our trip. We were able to cover nearly all of the western part of Iceland in 10 days. From climbing through ice caves, to food tastings, to the Snaefellsnes peninsula, to having lunch after ATVs in Grindavik to an amazing Reykjadalur hike, we owed it to your videos and website. Keep up the great work and thanks for making our trip to Iceland priceless. BTW, it wasn't until I got home and did more research that, I realized that I had landed in the same place my dad did in WWII. He arrived in a B17 where the airport is in 1944. Kudos. F

Congratulations! I have enjoyed so many of your videos and watching your family grow as your vision for sharing Iceland grows. I cannot point to just one video, but I will say that after watching three videos my wife and I took "the plunge" to travel to Iceland during Covid and we loved every minute of it. (I liked plunging into the hot pots and my wife loves plunging into the North Atlantic!) The hotel and road recommendations were so very good and our 10 day trip wound up being clear blue skies, no wind, picking up several hitchhikers (and their stories!), and doing the Golden Circle. Probably one of the best videos was when you were carrying your new baby on the front pack while hiking to a scenic overlook. I could see that your family had truly fallen in love with Iceland. We are planning a return visit sometime soon and want to get more to the northwest and north. With a good car, a good hot dog, and your maps we will be on our way soon! Thanks for making this more than a hobby...it is investing in people and human curiosity!

My favorite video of mine was the one where you were advertising that you had created a Google Maps of all the tourist, hot pots, waterfalls, camper sites, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. of Iceland. I immediately purchased it and was able to plan an epic 3-week long trip the September/October of 2019...before 'COVID'. There are many videos that stood out: I did LOVE the supermarket one since when I got to a new country I love exploring the markets for unique foods (those Kropp candies we brought bags home with us). Congrats on 100k! Wifey and I managed to visit Iceland in August of 2021 (our first trip after the pandemic and vaccinations) and used so many of your videos before going. We actually created a playlist of them that we watched in the B&B's at night to set us up for the following days. My favorite video would have to be the Iceland hidden gems: 5 less traveled places from six years ago. Two of our absolute favorite places - the Eastfjords and the Highlands - probably would have been skipped without it. We did so much hiking and loved every minute.
