Hey guys - love these videos. IMO the only thing you're missing, if you added a little portable preamp (I use an iRig) between your mic and camera it will add a great professionality to your vids. The speaker's sound quality is a little hollow and distant at times. You could also use a portable recorder as a secondary source like a Tascam in order to have redundancy.

To everyone thinking about opening a coffee shop here is a little fun fact for you. 50% go broke in the first 2 years. If you are really good at what you do and have great staff in a good area, with cheap rent you can make a decent wage. Staff is a headache and you will have to do 60 hour weeks. If you love it than it won’t be so bad. Very few people make great money in a coffee shop.

Are you not using your lapel microphone(s)? The audio needs improvement in this video. It would make a big difference in your overall production value if you could improve this. The part with the owner sounded ok it's the employees interview that sounded like there was no lapel. Also you might look into normalizing the audio across the video so it's all about the same volume. It was an interesting video, I look forward to seeing more.

such a shame that customers are used to add flavors to anything. Support more the simplicity and the beauty of your own products.
