This is how the game should be played. I love that risk and reward. The hunter risks their expensive loadout, the target risks their loot. Fair game. Less group retaliation would be welcome here. Perhaps only the owner of the barge should be able to strike back. While any allies must sit back and watch. Would make for a great game for new players that don’t care to join a corp.

tbh I don't see any benefit for the hunter unless they trying to have fun. With boosts that retriever can mine like 20-25 mil per hour, 3 hours and a full ship will be at its disposal but that 620mil ship? That'll hurt a lot if you lose it.

100mn getting webbed is liked getting scrammed in an inty. Both are pretty much death. Neuts are bad for you too like you said at the beginning but webs are much much worse.

Nope... Although I did have about 150mil of loot in the cargo I prolly should have dropped off at a station before taking a fight with 60 in local. But that would just be too cautious for me ;)

Justin Smith yup you can go T2 :) You just need to either meta the guns, or drop some for a small neut. I think if you check my recent losses there's a strat with T2 100mn AB.

Maybe this is an older video but....a shield fit on an armor tanked ship like the Stratios? As far as I can remember which is since 2011 at the very least, a Strat had always been an armor ship, and if you tried that today it would even light up a warning flag for fitting shield mods on an armor ship. Null sec huh? Hope you have friends there.

Yeah I had a lot of trouble finding this track too, but it's so damn good I had to have it :) Didn't really find a super clean version tbh, but I used this (kzbin.info/www/bejne/joO5ep5pn9Smfqs) and edited it/cut it up to play longer etc.

Yup I like this fit. I've flown a lot of different strats, and this is one of my favourites. Ability to disengage is so nice. And it does heaps of damage, especially if you splash out on some gecko's.

For this fit, because it's shield tanked, I chose guns over neuts cos I can't fit cap battery/boosters etc. In general I'd say neuts are better cos you don't really need to extra DPS, and neuts can help you break a lot of active tanks etc. Although tbh with this fit you could try neuts if you have really good skills. But yeah your not gonna be anywhere near cap stable and would only run them very sparingly/in the "oh shit" moments.
