Thanks! Yeah, you can always buy, say a 1000Wh or larger unit. But if you only have a 100 watt panel to charge it, after a few days, that 1000Wh capacity is going to be reduced to whatever you can put into it each day. I've heard from a lot of people who've made this mistake. They buy a 2000Wh Bluetti and when they can't charge it up with a small panel from AMZ and have to pay 500-1k for the proper solar panels they obviously aren't happy. Everyone has to learn sometime. I know I've made my share of mistakes along the way!

You sir are a content creator, so of course not only did they replace your power station they even gave you a free 100 watt solar panel, I'm disabled and live in my old bus in the desert, so they won't replace mine

Hi James. Actually, my neighbor bought the exact same unit a day after I did. He found out his was defective before me, because he opened his and played with it the day he got it. Mine sat in the box at my house for several days before I could open it. They must have been clearing out some old stock using old firmware or something. He complained about his not working, so they sent him a new one AND he got offered the free panel. When I finally opened mine up and tested it, I realized it was defective so I sent their customer support an email. They offered to replace mine but didn't offer me a free panel like they had for my neighbor. I had to write them an additional email mentioning what they had done for him and then they agreed to send me one. My neighbor does not create videos or any social media. So, I can honestly say, I don't think the fact that I had made a few videos at the time played into them sending me that free one in any way. If they had never offered him one to make up for the problem, I never would have received one either. I think it's a matter of making a lot of noise and having the right person hear it. I'm not affiliated with the company in any way, and as I mentioned, I paid for my power station the same as everyone else. They replaced my neighbor's unit and mine in a fairly timely manner and both replacements have worked great. I wish I could help you further, but all I can do is send you the link that I used to contact customer service. It is a direct link and not through Amazon. @@thetechieprepper thank you for your response and help. That's the email address I used and they won't send me a replacement and I don't even care about the solar panel. How about you, do you have any cells you can send me, then I could just make a battery, I do have the skills. Please, I really do need some help.

@@jamesmason7124 I feel for you. I'm not sure why they won't help you. I know they have been out of stock for a while now. Maybe they are out of production for some reason (supply chain maybe). I don't have any extra cells at all. I actually quit buying once Covid hit and prices on items shipped directly from China went through the roof due to the shipping. You might want to look around locally to see if anyone has any old lithium (or even deep cycle lead acid) etc. Good luck and stay safe!

Can you charge ecoflow river pro with that solar panel?

I'm not sure, I don't own an EcoFlow Pro. If the EcoFlow has a charging input for a DC5525 cable, it should work.
