Although it is not canon, this comic is having everything that the second season of Dalmatian street 101 could have, apart from the hunter story, it touched my heart, imagine someone Imagine that someone only wants you as an assistant to capture some poor Dalmatians, And that he doesn't even treat you like his legitimate son, that's horrible.

Love the show and especially this comic. Hunter bonding with Da Vinci is really sweet, and bonding with Delilah is pretty heartwarming. I especially love when she pulls out her “mum face” and the “mum card”.

I can see hunter thinking it was like sheep. I can see the conversation now!: Cruella:Hunter I have a special job for you! Hunter:a special job? Cruella:Yes! There’s a dog I want you get me, they have black and white fur and they’re called Dalmatians! Bring them to me and we’ll make them into fur coats! Hunter: (concerned)But it won’t hurt them right!? Cruella:(thinks for a moment then begins faking sweetness) Of course it won’t hurt them! You catch them and I’ll buy us the biggest most beautiful home ever and we’ll all be one big happy family n Hunter:Oh boy! I’ll go start searching right now! (Hunter runs off to begin his search, when he’s gone Cruella face becomes a evil smile and she chuckled evil to herself )

@@redundantmodule6880 The first blooper I had in mind is to make a recreation of the burping soda scene at the end of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, where Delilah and Doug playing Jimmy’s parents burping after drinking the soda. The second is version of a fart scene from the season 2 and 8th episode from the Netflix series Centaurworld, Only this time instead of being Horse, Delilah is the one who farts. And for the third one is from the ending of Spider-Man: Homecoming where Dylan takes off a Spider-Man mask and Dolly has Aunt May’s reaction.

That reminds me, I wrote a parody on Encantos' What Else Can I Do. I turned it into a duet between Hunter and Da Vinci since their scenes replicated Isabella and Mirabel. I changed up some of the lyrics to fit the theme of the book while still showing the form of growth that Isabella gained from the song. Now it is Hunter's growth in finding out his own self worth through art therapy and Da Vinci getting back into the world of color. There is even a little bit of dialogue after the song. Enjoy. Wow, this was amazing. I am at a loss for words...which is why I am going to type them all out instead. XD There is just too much to not talk about this wonderful and emotional chapter. I love how we are greeted with another “previously on…” segment. Since it has been some time since the last video chapter, this would make perfect sense to get everyone up to speed. From the colorful paint transition, we find ourselves in the middle of a debate over whether Hunter should stay. To be honest, it looks more like an argument because Doug, Dylan, and Dolly, cannot seem to get their point across without having Delilah interrupt. This affects her children because now every time she raises her voice, they grow more scared of her. Thankfully, Dawkins sort-of eases tension with another situation. I love seeing how the relationship between Hunter and Da Vinci has grown in only a few hours. They were able to create a beautiful masterpiece with the Hunter Da Vinci drew from earlier and engage in loud conversations. Doug’s happiness at seeing her daughter’s paws in full color easily puts a smile on my face. Da Vinci finally found her will to color and starts calling Doug “Dad” once again, completing her small, yet important arc. Moving on to the most important scene, we finally get to see the true spirit of love unfold. I thought it was smart of Dolly to fake call on her brothers so Hunter and Delilah could sort things out between them. Delilah does not want to be in the same room with him, but she has no other choice but to suck it in and carry on. At first, it is silent. But then she starts treating Hunter like he is a guest. It starts to become a bit much for Hunter to take in and it results in him having another breakdown like from before with Dylan and Da Vinci. Except this time, it is even heavier because he is now breaking down in front of their mother. That is when her motherly instinct finally starts to kick in. At first, she laughs a bit to Hunter’s response at what he thought the plan was going to be. But she lets it all go when she sees that he is still a child. If only it was so easy to sheer fur from dogs like sheep instead of skinning them completely. Think of how much drama, trauma, and bloodshed we could have avoided if it were plausible to sheer fur from dogs. At the same time, where is the fun in that? It would not be a thrill of a franchise or story if that was the case. I think it is sweet that Delilah opens up about what her family tells her about Cruella and starts to become invested in what Hunter has experienced during his time with her. This all comes together in something he has never felt in a long time…a hug. Hunter finally knows what real love feels like. Delilah realizes where she has been wronged this whole time and accepts him into the family. And of course, Dylan, Dolly and Doug, a big charred marshmallow, could not help themselves from eavesdropping and are eventually included in the hug. Everyone is happy, Hunter has a family, and they all live happily ever after... “The End.” *Rolls Credits, Dog’s Life Plays* Cruella: What? You didn’t think this was the end of the story, did you? Redundant: MWHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! *Credits Fall, Music Slows Down* …I guess we’re not out of the woods nor in the clear just yet.

Dang it! Now I feel like crying! Then again I understand why Delilah would have these trust issues, a human almost harmed her puppies and now because of her sons is in danger she has to trust someone that is related to the lady that nearly killed her, her husband, and their children.

It's a good thing for Hunter that Delilah has a good sense of humor, as reflected at the end of "Who the Dog Do You Think You Are?". If I was a dog, I'd probably be a bit grossed out about the sheep part. I mean, it's not nearly as bad as being skinned; but for a dog, being shaved bald is like being stripped naked for weeks. Still, as a human, I'd be lying if said I wasn't under the same impression as Hunter at some point in my childhood. Stealing puppies is bad enough as it is.

Secrets/Easter Eggs/Details: Part 2 Moving on now to the moment Hunter is getting his picture taken, we can see there are several camera settings and features aligned on the edges of the comic. Redundant has now shifted our point of view from a camera lens perspective and/or from the tablet where the picture will be stored. I was even able to make out most of the settings you placed. We have the focus frame in the middle aligning with Hunter’s face, a zoom option on the left, a red button to signal recording in the top left corner, a big button on the right to initiate the photo with a camera rotation setting and photo or film option. We also have a settings, edit, text, gallery, brightness, flash, and additional options tab on the bottom. All these camera features indicate that the tablet they are using is flipped horizontally. This is later considered to be true when we see Dylan and Dolly arguing about Hunter’s look for the shoot. This is not too big a detail, but I have to say, I love how you write Dylan and Dolly’s little arguments. It really captures that true sibling bond they have in the show as being two different dynamic people colliding their interests together to make one heck of an adventure. Also, Dawkins looks so adorable with his mouth being covered by the tablet and speaking by just raising a finger. It’s like a little kid is asking for a certain piece of candy, but you can only see half of their face. Hunter’s face in the top right panel on page 265 looks like he is staring into the 4th wall. No matter where you change your seating position, he is always going to make eye contact with you like the Mona Lisa. Once again, Dolly says ‘mom’ instead of ‘mum’. While I would want to talk more about it, there doesn’t seem to be any sort of context for it. Although Dolly’s “play nice you two” is a saying that can heard almost anywhere. I have heard it for dogs, cats, animals, and kids. It also gives Dolly this sense of maturity because now she is the one making sure everyone can get along together. It is like what I mentioned about Dolly from before and how her role in the series is to always make sure her siblings are always feeling happy, no one is feeling left out, and gives everyone a chance to do something fun. This moment really helps elevate her character. The EDM track is once again cut short at 2:29. I almost felt like I got smacked with a troll face for this. Hopefully, we will get to hear the full track by the end of the comic because I low-key hate it when an EDM track is cut short or faded out of existence. But I still love all the musical tracks you include in your videos. Really sets the mood, tone and atmosphere when reading along. Delilah telling Hunter how junk food and mints is not a balanced diet reminds me of the movie, The Day After Tomorrow. I remember watching it in my high school’s environmental science class and remember the teenager charters using a vending machine in the New York public library as their only source of food until the storm had passed. So, it is possible that Hunter has been able to uphold himself just fine for these past two weeks or at least once the investigation of the building has started. At the same time, we have no clue what the expiration dates are on the vending machine snacks and just how long they have been down there so Hunter is just lucky to not have gotten food poisoning. The same goes for the dumpster diving and his chances of salmonella. He probably has some common sense as to what is edible and clean enough to eat. It does reduce the amount of food humans waste every year, but it is not the most sanitized method. The entire page of 267 shows a lot of symmetry with the characters and their speech bubbles. The first three have Delilah in order, speaking a full sentence, expression markings, and a one-word speech bubble. Then you have Hunter who has a sentence being over layered from Delilah, expression markings, and a one-word speech bubble. More of this symmetry can be found on the next page with Hunter, and Delilah each taking up three spaces each. Continuing on page 268, Hunter starts to mumble what he thought the plan was originally going to be. I spent a few minutes trying to figure out what Hunter was trying to say by enhancing the screen to see if it was an actual word. Luckily, Redundant responded to my question about it and told me that it was nothing but a scribble as they did not want anyone solving the next part ahead of them. They definitely surprised me when it turned out Hunter’s mumbled the word ‘sheep’. He probably did not want to embarrass himself in front of their mother which is why he mumbled along with feeling emotionally depressed.

Secrets/Easter Eggs/Details: Part 3 (KZbin cannot handle all of my knowledge in one comment.) Hunter mentions that he lost his own family before being taken in by Cruella. The only evidence of his family in this comic is from a small photo Redundant drew back when they started the comic. There, it showed Hunter in the building, presumably the basement, with a slightly burnt photo in the foreground of himself with his mom and dad. His parents’ faces are cut from the photo due to what seems to be a fire. The picture also contains these quotes, “I had one…I lost it. And I nearly took yours.” meaning that he once had a family of his own and lost it to an unknown incident and was about to take another family’s life away just to gain a new one that was not even healthy. Redundant has also gone on Twitter to answer people’s questions about Hunter original family and has said that Hunter’s lost his parents from an incident. The incident could have been a fire. Their house was probably on fire and the mother and father only had enough time to save their son. Whatever remained was collected like the photo and secretly stored away from Cruella to avoid losing it. During the panel, when Delilah explains what her family has told her, she mentions that she learned about Cruella through the form of storytelling. While it may not seem like much, this alone holds a deeper meaning to one of my favorite themes and topics: generational/family trauma. Cruella started her official attack on the Dalmatians back in the early 1960s. Redundant answered a question to a reader about if Delilah had any run-ins with Cruella from before. They stated that Delilah and her family were under the suspicion but after so many years of quietness, they all assumed that Cruella had passed away. What should be noted is that 101 Dalmatian Street does not relate to the previous animated series, live action films, or the second animated movie. The director of the show said he and his crew only used the first movie as a base for the show. This means that any other characters from other movies or series do not exist in the most recent show’s timeline. It would explain why we don’t see any of the De Vils from the series reappear, it is a different timeline. Another thing to add is that when you look up how many years an average Dalmatian tends to live, you would find an answer ranging from 10-13 years, a little over a decade. This would imply that there have been 6 generations of Dalmatians fearing from the same woman who wants to make a fur coat out of them. I even made a chart for myself to know just how long this has been going on. From the position of Dylan and Dolly, Pongo and Perdita are the great-great-great grandparents. Lucky, Patch, Rolly would be great-great grandparents, aunts, and uncles. We then have two unknown generations of Dalmatian families that were most likely around during the 80s and 90s. Then we have Delilah and Doug for the 2000 years and finally their kids in the 2010 years. For 60 years, the Dalmatians had to defend and protect themselves against Cruella’s evil desires, resulting in a form of generational trauma with the extended period of absence she had. Even if she was dead, Delilah’s family still needed to protect themselves somehow from the possible danger of relatives that could be under Cruella’s influence. These stories have been passed down for years about her and that can put a lot of fear into people’s minds that the world is not safe, which it isn’t, but we try to make the best out of it. Now here she is again, in her mid to late 90s because she looked quite young in the original movie like in her early 30s. When Doug is seen eavesdropping on Hunter and Delilah with Dylan and Dolly, he is chewing on a rag. This is confirmed by Redundant from answering a reader’s question as they wanted it to be a part of his character. I will just go ahead and say that I thought it was bra or some feminine piece of clothing for how thin it looked like stockings. Finally, right before the end of page 272, Doug is making a gesture with his hands and a face that we have probably seen many times already since the last chapter video. We first see him make that face in top left corner on page 244. You can find him doing it again on page 252 of the same chapter. On page 260, he is making the same face again, but it’s covered by the text bubble from Delilah. We have seen this expression 4 times now and it is a nice module to use because it fits perfectly with Doug’s emotional characteristic in the show and this comic. Goodness that took a lot of time to write out. I cannot believe a 5-minute video could contain this many secrets and details. Thankfully, we are caught up to where the story is on Tumblr and Twitter, giving me a well-deserved break and a chance to find more along the way. I feel like if there is no indication for where the halfway point is for this story, this should be the one. It is full fluff, it is heartwarming, and ends on a happy note, at least until you realize we have more to uncover about what will happen with Delgado, Alfred, and other characters. It makes me so happy to see Hunter welcomed into the family and accepted for who he is. I hope he keeps his last name because it could serve as a double meaning for both good and bad, and not let go of where he came from. Similar to Carlos De Vil in the Descendants series, he was raised to think to do bad and developed a fear of dogs. Now he has embraced being good, has a girlfriend, and a talking pet dog, all while staying true to his roots. I have enjoyed the ride so far and I cannot wait to see what secrets, mysteries, adventures await our 101+1 family now. And remember guys, most of the secrets, Easter eggs, and details I listed are just a theory…A COMIC THEORY!!! To be continued… Oh, and if you like what you saw, why not subscribe to Redundant Module. I am just here to have a fun time and analyze what I like about their work because they do a pretty job at leaving some delicious lore content for me to scavenge and solve. Honestly when I hear the word “lore”, I just picture bunch of magical auras containing the answers I need to solve what will happen next. So, give them all the support they need so they can continue doing what they love. Now if you excuse me, I need to go dig a grave for another Hunter from a different universe associated with Disney who will probably not make it by the end of its season 3 specials and is only used as a sacrifice of some kind. Hopefully, there won’t be any cardinals disturbing my digging.

there is such a theory in this comic that ''Hunter he not De Vil'' ask where did I get it? the author has a picture on Twitter where the hunter is sitting in the corner and there is a photo far from him photo of his parents with him Maybe Cruella killed his parents and Hunter was raised by herself. i.e. Hunter is a De vil, but he is adopted

Secrets/Easter Eggs/Details: Part 1 *Clears Throat* Hello internet, welcome to COMIC THEORY!! A comment section where we are constantly finding ourselves dodging the law one "spot" at a time. In the last chapter video Redundant posted, most of the secrets, Easter eggs and details I found were all associated with theories I was producing. This chapter expands some of those theories from earlier, adding more evidence to possibly become true if proven so. Aside from theories, I was still able to find plenty of secrets, Easter eggs, and trivial details you dropped in this chapter. This is the second time we have been greeted with a “previously on…” segment in the entire comic, with the first one happening back in chapter 10. While it may look similar to the first one, this one holds some major differences. For starters, it’s quite obvious to note that the artistic style and style are completely different. The background is blue with triangles floating in midair whereas the first one had pitch black background with a mixture of smoke and paint smeared in the center. The sound/music is also a big difference. The first one felt like we were putting in a VHS tape with the images playing off of an old television from the VCR. This time however, we get ominous music with new font. Instead of an old vintage television screen overlay effect, Redundant takes us way back to the early ages with a film reel overlay effect. Ironically, the pages associated for the segment have all been brightened whereas in the chapter, they were all dimmed to match the tone of the room Hunter and Da Vinci were in. The brightness alone gives us a clue as to how Redundant edits his comics when working on the color aspect. I am curious to know if the next “previously on…” segment will have a complete makeover from the last two. Maybe even more sinister the more we dive into this comic. When Delilah explains why Hunter cannot stay and mentions that he is a De Vil, the font looks vaguely familiar to the scene where yelled at Dolly for bringing up Cruella’s name. And because there is a shadow behind the bolded words, it’s almost as if Delilah’s words echoed across the room, making everyone in its presence hear the dreadful voice coming from Delilah. As a bonus, she mentions that she did it again, as in raising her voice, just like she did previously with Dolly from before. When Deedee casually tells Delilah that she does not think that Cruella (scary lady) is not his actual mother could just come off as a causal sentence. It can actually serve as a small hint of foreshadowing for the rest of the chapter when Delilah learns the truth. If you have read any of these chapters closely, you will know that there is a different font style being used for different characters and some words will appear in bold. Not only is that used for effect on the characters we see but can sometimes hold a slight meaning that correlates to the theme of the chapter or story as a whole. I will not go too much into this because there are more important secrets I need to discuss. Dawkins once again says his iconic catchphrase “Oh kibbles”, making it the second time to appear in the comic. What I find really cool about this is how both times he has spoken his catchphrases, none of them are related to the idea that he is being put in charge of watching the pups. He only says when he knows or thinks he made a mistake. His face in this one does look like it can be perfect for meme related content. Also, Dawkins apologizing for his action, even if it were an accident is such a cute little detail that could be used for the idea that he is and confirmed by the main director of the 101 Dalmatian Street, Miklos Weigert that Dawkins is on the spectrum of Autism. I will also not go into this level because I don’t want to say something that could personally offend the autism community. And while I may be highly functioning with Asperger/Autism myself, everyone falls in various parts of the spectrum, what works for some people won’t work for others. When Delilah rushes upstairs to check on Da Vinci, she was about to say something that starts with the letter “s” before she sees what was going on. I had a tough time coming up with the possible words she was about to say but I think it all comes down to being ‘sorry’. The reason I believe this is because I am thinking from the perspective of Delilah, she doesn’t trust Hunter yet I this scene. She doesn’t feel safe having a De Vil in the house and would be even more insecure if he was with Da Vinci. It would make a lot of sense if she was about to say that he’s not sorry for his actions. Now after the record scratch transition, we can see that Hunter and Da Vinci have created a painting. The painting holds a lot of basic features any outdoor picture would have. Blue sky, big tree, two birds flying in the background, a flower, and of course, Hunter himself. But what if I told you that this painting holds another secret that Redundant could have potentially dropped unintentionally. Time for a musical detour. There is a singer named Adam Young who has created multiple music projects. Owl City is his most recognized project of all for many reasons. So why am I bringing up a man who has not released an album for a while and only a song as a featured artist? Well, there is an album titled All Things Bright and Beautiful. It was his third studio album at the time of its release with the title being the same name as the religious hymn. I never had the chance to listen to the entire album until last year and it’s amazing. But I digress, the connection I am really trying to make here is the artwork that is associated with the album. If you look up the image of All Things Bright and Beautiful or have a copy of the CD somewhere in your house, you will notice there are a bunch of similarities to be made from the album artwork and the picture Hunter and Da Vinci drew. Each picture has a tree standing on the side. Birds are seen flying in the distance in each picture. They both have a bright sky with a few clouds. Finally, each picture has some form of plant life like a flower or a row of bushes and vegetables. These similarities are fitting for Hunter because he was never surrounded by all things that were bright and beautiful and hopes to someday feel that eventually. Now, if we were to take this little picture, musical album reference, and religious quote to the next level, we can find an even bigger parallel. There was an artist who went by the name of Thomas Kinkade. He was a well-known artist for creating works involving Disney characters. One of his works features the Dalmatians from the original movie running from Cruella’s barn back to London in the fluffy snow. What I have read about Kinkade is that he was super devoted to his Christian beliefs and many of his pictures would hide chapter-and-verse allusions to Bible passages. His 101 Dalmatians picture has one that is a bit more visible than others. In the top right corner of the painting, a sun can be seen shining light on the puppies as they make their way back to London. This is implying that God is giving them light/protection as they escape the barn from Cruella’s evil schemes. Cruella can be seen hiding behind a tree but does not even try to get close to the pups. That is because the light is protecting the pups and is apparently Cruella’s kryptonite. That is why I made this long connection because everything about it is so interconnected. The artwork Hunter and Da Vinci made shares similarities to the artwork of Owl City’s All Things Bright and Beautiful album. The album’s title is based on the hymn of the same name. The hymn originates to Christianity and Thomas Kinkade makes artworks with Disney characters including the 101 Dalmatians while slipping in Christian beliefs into his works. It is like queer-coding but with religion. I don’t usually add too much religious evidence into my analysis because we all have different religious backgrounds or none at all and I 100% respect anyone’s religion. Sometimes, adding the topic into an analysis can be a bit messy and is best left alone in its own world. But this connection was racing in my and I just had to get it out at some point.

It was implied through dialogue that Hunter was "All alone in the world". Although it was never truly confirmed in the show, in my story I've headcanoned them as deceased but won't go into detail about it.
