For people playing a RPG like dungeons and dragons, you can actual specify what die you want the google home to roll. Example: "Hey Google, roll a 20 sided dice." or, "Hey Google, roll a d5."

Great video, Brett. We successfully set up one Google Home in our kitchen. It works great with Chromcast video to control our TV. Now we want to have voice control access in multiple rooms and control other TV's, such as the Man Cave and bedroom. Do we need to purchase a Google Home unit for each room? Another question. Netflix video quality was grainy and sound wasn't loud enough when we pulled up The Jungle Book. We ended up using our own BluRay DVD to watch the movie. Thank you.

Pixiedust KT Great to hear! You can control each Chromecast device for the one Google home but it would have to be able to hear you. Getting a Google Home for each area is the recommended option. One benefit of having multiple devices is that you can group them together when playing music and they will be in sync throughout the house. I tested the Jungle Book as well and it took longer than normal to buffer the video to a high quality. You can use voice to pause the movie and wait a minute before you play to see if that helps. Then you will need to use your regular remote to adjust the volume.

The main annoying thing in google home you have to call by 'ok google or hey google' a long word and you can not change it. in amazon alexa you can change the name and also its simple to call. I hope google will change the calling name to simple one.

+austin fisher Right now you cannot add events directly on the Home. You can search for some IFTTT recipes to be able to do this and I will make a upcoming video about it. You can ask, "What is on my agenda?" And that will tell you what is coming up soon from your calendar.

Something scary just happened to me with Google Home! It’s midnight and I was folding laundry. I started singing a Rodgers and Hammerstein song from Cinderella. In a minute, I heard the overture from the play on my Google Home! On the one hand, I was flattered that she recognized the music from my singing. Does Google Home allow you to play audio right from KZbin without using a phone and not using KZbin Red? Just for example playing the music ONLY from a KZbin movie trailer? Or if not this then can you at least cast a KZbin video aka audio via the built in chrome cast functionality. From the phone to google home?

+Christopher Timpano Right now it connects direct with KZbin Music. So if you don't have KZbin Red it will just play a radio station from the service. The Chromecast Audio allows you to cast just the audio from your phone to a speaker on Android but I was not able to do that on the Google Home. There are adding Bluetooth to the Google Home so that means it will be possible soon.

+Christopher Timpano Only when it recognizes you will it be able to give a personal response like asking it what your name is. The other 3 can use the Google Home and it will default to whatever services you have already selected. So it will work just fine, somethings might just say sorry I could not recognize voice but for the most part it will work just like normal.

+Huzefa I That was just for presentation purposes, I manually edited out everytime I said "Ok Google" so it didn't activate a Google Home you may have in the room. Sorry for not making that clear.

Huzefa I It would be cool if you could change the keyword or have a active listening mode where you are continually giving it commands but nothing like that is available. Maybe some feedback we should submit.

Tech With Brett Exactly..I was searching the net..if there was anything.. the home app allows you to give it a name..why not just recognize with a name and call it with its name..
