You're an amazing person, keep up the great work. Also, if you could pass on a video somehow to the Native American women and youth in Northern Canada that would be great. That area has a high suicide rate. Those kids feel hopeless and it's sad to know why. The media glosses over the topic when it happens and nothing gets done. I think what you are doing is incredible and so many professionals do not address these topics at all or charge for this information. What you are offering is wonderful, keep up the great work with your videos.

LikeKristen Hey, I have a question. Why does this video make me so nauseous? I mean, like, it makes me feel physically ill when people tell me that they care. I don't know why; I need to- I want to feel better. It hurts so much. But, when people tell me that I matter, I can't believe them. Please help. I don't know what to do.

I like how each you was their own style of trying to help. Blue sweater wants to have fun in a goofy way. Yellow sweater wants to be the best friend. White blouse is more logical and practical about it. White sweater was the total sweetheart. It felt like everyone can have something to say.

i remembered I had to fight for the people closest to be able to say these words. it took them years to finally understand that it wasn't just a phase or me being dramatic or me just having an emotional moment. my bf was an example. he initially didn't understand and rejected my diagnosis when I finally seek help from a doctor. it tooks months of the worst fights we ever had and almost got into a break up.. for him to finally understand and became of one my most supportive pillar of support right now. it takes time but keep talking to the people who care about you and never stop trying to get them to understand your situation. it definitely takes time for them to grasp what you're going through but sometimes, it's worth it :)

my best friend almost told me all of these.. she would always be there for me when I needed her even when I think that nobody cares about me she insists on telling me that I really matter to her.. when I told her about my self-harm she was really shocked and she hugged me and started crying so bad.. when I told her about my social anxiety she encouraged me to get therapy.... she is the reason why i'm recovering from self harm and depression.. I discovers recently that she is also already going through depression and anxiety so I promised to stay with her in this and to make helping her my daily goal because she means a lot... I know she's not gonna read this but I want to let her know.. you are the most precious thing I got and I can ever get... you make the meaning to my life.. I hope you'll stay with me forever and I will never deserve an amazing person like you..... I LOVE YOU Z.... I REALLY DO💘💘💘💘

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME?! There's this girl I used to be friends with (we grew apart for different reasons) and for the past couple of months she has been showing obvious characteristics of depression (moving extremely slowly, acting like everything she touches is fragile; being over apologetic and apologising for things that never happened; giving away possessions and is adamant that she needs to get you presents even when you straight up refuse.). When I or anyone else has talked to her about it she just denies that anything is wrong and just says that she'll change to stop us from worrying but she never did and still doesn't. When I first noticed these symptoms I immediately went to my school counsellor to ask if she could talk to her personally after getting emails of concern about her from other members of staff. About a week later she went and talked to her and she just lied to her and said she was fine and she didn't understand why everyone was so concerned. Because you can't force someone to get themselves help or speak to someone, it pretty much ended there and now no one will do anything about it. She later developed a new behaviour where she would keep on coming up to me and coming round my house uninvited, acting like everything was normal after I would tell her to leave me alone (this was just after we stopped being friends). This is really bugging me and everyone that knows hers. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP FIGURE OUT WHAT TO DO, IT'S URGENT?

Really Great! Humor could be good, depending on how close you are with the person, can say, "I'm your bodyguard. I got your back." If you can make the person smile, because i am at a therapy community, and we help lift each other out of depression. A lot of humor in the community to help lift spirits.
