In that one, you have to throw it, and it shocks the person you threw it at immediately (at least, that’s what it looked like in the gameplay I’ve seen…). So I think it _was_ made better in Wii, since you have the chance to pass it to someone else.

Karts are actually pretty good if you know what vehicle to pick. The Mini Beast/Concerto and Wild Wing are great karts. They have the best drifting capabilities, are easy to steer and both are unlocked from the start!
