Guru Nanak says the Ego greed lust attachment and pride are the bricks of a wall, which keep us away, and unaware of the presence of the truth, the almighty god. Your comment clearly shows that you have pride, which keeps you away from realizing the truth of God. Now you would say where is god? But I find this question ridiculous, it's like a fish in the ocean saying where is the water that everybody keeps talking about? So you should realize the truth of the waheguru akalpurakh

what they don't mention is that he is also a plant based diet (a strict vegetarian diet), that is higher in nutrients, and antioxidants compared to a western diet.
@markusjohnson65588 жыл бұрын
I read that in youth a diet that incorporates a lot of protein is the healthiest but when you hit about sixty you should go vegan because your body finds it easier to break down the food that you're eating.

One thing I see is that they can't give him a Guiness World Record because he has no birth certificate but instead a passport; weren't the rules for passports changed since Mr Singh got his first British passport? When he first applied couldn't he have 'made up' a birthday because they didn't keep records then. Couldn't they just backtrack by looking at his children's ages? They should be in their 70s if not 80s; his Grandchildren would be in their 40s or 50s, Great Grandchildren in their 20s or 30s. Hopefully Great-Great-Grandchildren soon
