Im a boat captain on the Mississippi River in South Louisiana and on slow nights i would go tie up to the dock at a grain elevator when the unloading grain from a ship and ill catfish and catch 100 plus pound catfish all night long

Ummm... You do know that catfish can breath out of water, right? Funny thing my cousin did when I was younger was to leave one on the lawn overnight when we were kids. As long as there was enough dew to keep it damp enough it would live. Sure enough, next morning it was alive and well.
